Chemist Warehouse Mayfield

I have been going here for years and leave all my scripts with them. I experience competent friendly staff. They work hard and sometimes are overwhelmed as there are often times when customer traffic is too much for a staff that is budgeted to the bone.To those who complain- a little courtesy and understanding go a long way. The people who work here are doing their best and doing it well.

Absolutely beautiful service from all the young staff that were working this afternoon. It couldn’t have been more convenient! Thank you VERY much!!

Generally, the staff here are friendly and helpful. Except when there was a problem today with a lack of stock of one of my scripts and I was asking how I could get around the problem the pharmacist in charge very rudely barked at me about having to go back to my doctor to get a new script and that they cannot change scripts even if it’s to offer two separate identical doses in separate pills that are usually combined in to one pill. Due to this unpleasant encounter, I decided to retrieve all my prescriptions and transferred them to another pharmacy where they had no issues addressing the matter of modifying the prescriptions.

Very rude staff member named Sri. I was looking for a face cream for my girlfriend. Sri saw me and whispered: Must be an ugly girl if she use this cream". She thought I did not hear her

Watch the pricing in this place! It's often much more expensive than the Hamilton store on Beaumont Street because they don't update shelf prices.I questioned the price on something today and the response was 'if you can prove Hamilton is cheaper, we'll price match'. Who has time to run between businesses comparing prices!Don't trust pricing at this store. Management are taking advantage of the goodwill of locals.

Yeh the service is good and all but I’m convinced their security guard is a Greek god come to live amongst us mere mortals.

I had an absolutely wonderful younglady named Grace help me out today. I was looking for some vegan friendly makeup products for my daughter and was struggling quite a bit. She came up to me and asked if I needed a hand, she then spent the next 20 minutes showing me all my options. The whole time she was extremely friendly and patient with me.Such incredible customer service.

Not even worth the 1 star I have to leave to make a review.I will never return to this Pharmacy!Rudest staff and disgusting Management attitude.Didn't think a discount pharmacy came with discount customer service.Not worth the effort!

Applauded by the way I was just treated at chemist warehouse Mayfield NSW.I paid for my goods and left only to be called back by the register attendant at the carpark, who indicated the sale did not go through.I accompanied her back to the store while checking my bank transactions which clearly showed the sale DID got through and the funds had been taken from my account.Two staff and a manager demanded I return the goods, yelling at me and treating my like a criminal.I tried to a paise there concerns with multiple options;I offered to give my drivers license and contact detailsI asked them to refund me the money and I would return the goods.I showed them the transaction records which clearly showed the money had left my account.They refused and demanded I return the good with hostility.I left.I rang my bank.Within 10 minutes I returned as the bank reversed the transaction.I offered to pay cash.I was $0.01 short and the just starred at me. Offering no apology or to waive the one cent.I said I would purchase just one of the two items and was expected to pay an extra 3 cents in cash due to the item cost not being an interval of 5cents.Still no apologies from any of the staff.Appalling.Basic social decency has almost eroded away completely. Our society is failing.

Excellent but needs security lighting in back carpark if they want to look after their customers. Pitch black when the sun goes down.
