Kalamunda IGA Food Market

Over the past year during the nation wide stock issues, this IGA did really well keeping stock up. Prices are a bit higher but completely reasonable in my opinion.

Cute looking “little” store with “some”gourmet produce, However the customer service is poor to terrible- as a result only go there when everything else is closed, usually just to grab milk or something…. Had high hopes when I heard it was opening that it would be something similar to Tailor rd …nope … if I want gourmet I go down the hill so again, only go there when desperate and I have run out of something after hrs…certainly don’t go there for the service that’s for sure

Really disappointed with the lack of customer service generally. Usually blunt rude or no care given attitude by the young cashiers and as per usual we always over look this get what we need when other stores are closed and leave (only go there in an emergency). Unfortunately tonight upon starting to head towards the exit hear one of the young guys call out to another staff member who was on his way to the office “hey a guy earlier called me a F$&&ing asshole” - not good enough disgusting behaviour in front of customers- makes you wonder why that customer called him that … shoe probably fit after all !!Young boys left to run a shop with no customer service skills … each and every time we have visited….Pretty store nice produce though small range but it’s the lack of friendliness and general lack of customer service that really brings this store down

This shop has everything!!Great range of fresh produce and anything else to cook up a storm.

Everytime I go in here they rip me off. Items ALWAYS scan wrong price. I would say 7 out of 10 trips I'm charged incorrectly. I always ask for a receipt to check. They seem hesitant about handing out receipts unless you ask. It's because the are ripping you off. Prices on the shelf should match what is scanned.

I like it , it does have regular shopping items but it is a shop that has premium and artisan" style international food products etc."
