Called up, and confirmed they had what I was after. Pickup was fast, service friendly and very fair price. Excellent well run business.

Very unprofessional, The engine took a week to arrive and when it did arrive it was damaged, we called them about returning it and we encountered a barrage of foul language and rude people on the phone Insisting there was nothing wrong with the engine and their ''warranty'' would cover it.The call ended with them telling us to go to fair trading, they hung up.Their ''warranty'' only covers parts cost. We cannot take the risk of the engine failing soon after we received it, and then to have possible further costs associated with mechanical repairs, then only to be refunded for some parts cost. This is why we wanted to return the engine.We're out 2k and we have nothing to show for it as we wait for fair trading to sort it out.Don't deal with them.

Horrible customer service, I called up them up to see if they had a part for my car and they answered with full confidence YES. I asked if they could physically check if the part is there and if they could send me a picture of it to make sure it’s functional and working. He said “don’t worry just come we have it” like as if I live around the corner or something.I visited the store today and to pick up the part and it turns out the part is damaged (taillights). This is why I wanted a photo. It was a simple task that he refused to do for me and wasted my time.
