I did a lot of research, to find an agent that had a great reputation and Brenton was who we went with. Not only did he keep us in the loop, every step of the way but he also gave us great advice around the whole process. The sale was quick, as he had already done a lot of ground work and so our property was sold even before we could get a photographer in to do the pictures.Brenton was realistic with price but in the end we got more then we had hoped for. We have bought and sold numerous investment properties over the years but this was by far the easiest process.
