Do not recommend and avoid at all costs.Customer service rep did not know what he was talking about regarding my issue. When asked for someone to discuss he wouldn’t put me through unless a gave him a credit card to speak to someone.Customer service is terrible not surprised their google rating is so low, a little bit of training would be benefit this company only relevant because of their equipment.Would not recommend!

These guys are an absolute joke, they overcharged me, charged me double what they said they would, charged me exorbitant amounts for their guys to park in 2 cars when we have free parking or on street for a couple of bucks and they didn't even fix the issue properly, I complained said they would do everything to make it right and not charge me further but they lied again and took more money, so if you like being lied to and ripped off these guys are you go to!

I can not recommend buying anything from Moffats their products are top price and they are no help even when they are under warranty, they keep you waiting until it’s out of warranty and just say sorry even tho you’ve been asking since they first installed our provers.

Tech came in, he did his job, checked the equipment and said that they would be calling me back with a solution been 4 days of chasing them up all I get is . Someone will call back.Excruciatingly painful to wait for a call all day and not yet any answers or status of what's happening.
