Would have gave 0 stars but 1 is lowest can select. Poor customer service, politeness and description of car very far from its actual condition.Had time booked in to meet Bob at 1pm and had a distance to travel to highland prestige but as I was on my way then got told he had booked in another client for 12:30 and could we make it 1:30 because he had a client coming about a Maserati so seems he considered that client more important as interested in a more expensive vehicle than the Audi Q7 I was interested in.Upon arrival then told we had to wait outside even though car was in showroom and he knew we coming he could of parked it outside for us to look it over or offered a drink or tea and coffee but instead left me and my pregnant life locked outside in the sun with nowhere to sit or get out of the sun.So he said if made trip would not be disappointed at inspection but yet the more I looked the more I found wrong with the vehicle and some stuff very obvious things like part of Q7 badge missing and damage on front and rear bars, signs of some parts of car having been resprayed, oil leaks, cheap Chinese tyres on car with little life remaining.Even though I expected the car to be spot on and had cash in my pocket to do a deal and drive it home there was no way this car was worth the asking price Bob had on it as had a rather lengthy list of faults on the car I found and even sticky lolly substance on parts of trim and was asking higher price than other examples on market with less faults, cleaner and more equipment.Expected better customer service and more accurate description of vehicle for someone saying they been in car industry all there working life.

My husband and I have bought 4 cars from Bob over the last 15 years and found them all as described. He is very pleasant to deal with and provides good after sales service. His showroom and stock is a testament to his high standards. I have no hesitation in recommending Bob to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.Anne M

I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz through Bob approximately two years ago. The car was in immaculate condition and drove like a dream.Bob was lovely, not at all pushy (unlike some salesmen) and took the time to make sure I was happy to proceed with the purchase. I was given top market dollar value on my trade in, which really helped to solidify that Bob is someone who is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and not out to cheat people. Pick up was a breeze and Bob was even so kind as to fill up a full tank of diesel at no extra cost. If I still lived in the state, I would definitely be contacting Bob when the time comes to purchase a new luxury car.

Do not leave your deposit before you see his cars!!!Do not trust this guy and positive feedback here!!!He sells the worst cars you can find on the market. He says he's been in the business for many years, yep that only means he knows how to hide any problem. Nothing new about a car dealer.

I purchased a BMW coupe from Bob in December 2018. I travelled a long distance to view the vehicle and was impressed as Bob described the car over the telephone to a tee. There were no hidden surprises and there was no hard sell. Taking the vehicle for a test drive was not a problem. Extremely happy with the purchase and highly recommended Bob and the vehicles he presents.

My husband and I were looking at purchasing a new car and decided to pop into Highlands Prestige cars and found the owner to be very rude and dismissive. We were appalled at how we were treated and even though we really liked a car he had for sale we decided to go else where. A big shout out to Allan Mackay Autos in Moss Vale who were amazing and whom we ended up buying a new Volvo XC60 from.

Bob was lovely. A small business owner who must deal with ALOT of headache humans and hagglers. He was helpful, kind and always there to help. I bought a Land Rover and it’s beautiful. The ad didn’t do the car Justice. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking, you are in good hands with a good Bowral local! :)

Bob demonstrates rare traits for someone in the used car industry. He was a pleasure to deal with, in being open and transparent, particularly when he didn't know the answers to some of my questions. The Range Rover we purchased is top notch. I'm a fussy buyer, and the examples Bob sources, including are one, are the best of the best. I'd happily buy from him again!

Bob really looked after us with an almost perfect used bmw. We are very satisfied and intend on getting my next vehicle with him as he only seemed to sell vehicles in top condition. I was very busy and only had one Sunday to inspect purchase and drive away. Bob took care of my old car and even did a service the next day looking after my wife with a replacement tyre after we had the misfortune of hitting 3 nails on the way home. All this after I had purchased. Yes country gentlemen still do exist. I read the 1 star review and thought the reviewer was a typical Sydney bleeter. Our experience was completely 180deg out from that. He has guaranteed our repeat business and I'm sending my friends his way.
