Star Car Wash – Chadstone 1

Terrible place.I booked online for car wash at 9am and when I was there at 9am, it was still closed. I waited for around 20min and the guy who work there came with the take away coffee. What the..seriously??They don’t open the shop on time because of coffee???? This is ridiculous.Anyway I have no time to refund(paid by online) and go somewhere else so I let them to clean but they didn't vacuum properly, still dusty everywhere, didn’t wipe down window properly.I paid them $60 and they’ve done $10 job.Don’t go there. It’s not worth it at all!!

Got My Car Detailed on saturday. There were few scratches on the car thats why i bought full detailed from them. And it was done very well. They gave new life to my merc

Very happy with the job done on my Merc. had both the Interior clean and exterior detailed. Both done quickly and to a great standard

The outside of the car was done quite well, but that's it. Paid for the one above the basic wash ($90) and the inside of the car was barely touched. Quick once over, but plenty of things missed. Console not wiped out, floors not vacuumed, between door and seat not vacuumed. I had to leave so had no time to wait for them to redo it, but I had already given them an hour after they said it would take. Avoid this place, not worth the money.

Worst car wash plece ever. Was on blackfriday hard to find a parking. I Went to this place. They said only detailing cleaning today for $200. No $60 car wash. After paid and waiting for 2 hours. The car looks like $60 job when it's done. Never going to come back again. Verly verly bad place.

Car came up absolutely amazing considering how dirty it was both inside and outside I think they did an excellent job I drove all the way from Pakenham due to my RACV discount and will have proudly due again. Manager even gave me a bottle of water for free even though I offered to pay for it. I knew going in to my car wasn’t gonna come out brand-new and that’s okay as a fault on me as well for not keeping it as clean as what I should. Ignore all the bad reviews because I even witnessed a customer abusing the manager simply because she was half an hour early when she was told to 30 not 2 o’clock and then threatened to ring the police call the manager I believe handled it correctly and in a professional manner

I was quite skeptical going there reading all the negative reviews, but still gave it a try. And I must say they did wonderful job on my car. 5 stars for the team. And also wonderful customer service.

I took my car there last week for vacuum and clean inside and outside. I don't think these people know how to vacuum a car properly. I took it back to tell them it's not good enough, the guy took the car to go over again and nothing changed. Do not take your car there, wasting time and money!! Also the internet doesn't work down there so you need cash to pay of course they didn't tell me that when I dropped my car of...Absolutely disappointing

My car was a mess and it looks like new now. Inside and out! The Guy at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Great business and I wil definitely go back. I highly recommend.
