Excellent service, exceptionally clean, beautiful rooms. Yao was very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Very surprised only rated 3 stars. We stayed in the main bedroom with ensuite & upon arrival was greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine & chocolates.Breakfast supplied was outstanding fresh & plenty of variety. Close to tennis courts, basketball courts, bike ride to beaches & a short drive to Rockingham, close enough, but far enough from the hustle & bustle, perfect location. Can't wait to come & stay again & will recommend them to anyone looking to stay in the vicinity.

Lovely clean room and spotless share bathroom facilities, very generous continental breakfast, and our host was very welcoming.Happy to stay here again for sure!

It was clean and comfy room, slept soundly and multiple choice of teas and coffee in my room which was great, hosts were friendly and very obliging, the breakfast was lovely , I would definitely stay again
