What is the Covid19 effect? Physically and mentally?? huge!!!But as a side effect you have to bother some incompetent people who does not deserve to be in that position. I believe these people still doing their job because of pandemic and shortage of employee.The pharmacist there are real gentleman. No complain. But the front.....unbelievable!!! The doctor practicing next door does not have that much attitude that those front girl have in that store.Take my advice do not go there if you don't look good and rich. Otherwise that middle eastern lady I deal with could give you a nightmare that ll hunt you whole life.Their product range is good. Every other thing is fine but customer service. Horrible terrible.

Good cause its open to late plus has most things available

Awesome shop, prices are so good. Love the store set out Easy to find what you need and so very Conveniently located. plenty of parking at the back of the store which is awesome. Every time I been there staff is very friendly and helpful. My favourite chemist warehouse store

Great service by sales person Mihan.At lakemba store (Not sure if that’s how I spell the name) He was so friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help us.We were there Saturday night.Thank you so muchThis sales staff deserves to be employee of the month.

worst customer service.Not a smile, no hello" or "goodbye". you feel like you're bothering them and if an employee makes a mistake (like charging you for an extra product) you're treated like it's your fault."

Absolutely shameful pharmacy experience.At the dispensary were three women, all of roughly equal height and build. All wearing white coats and white hijabs. One of the pharmacists was at 'scripts in', the other at 'scripts out' and one floating in between the two.The pharmacist at 'scripts in' had, in my view, a very poor attitude, zero customer service skills and no ability whatsoever to effectively communicate. Each patient who handed in their scripts had a lost look on their face because of how they were treated-their scripts were 'taken in', just as the sign above them states. There was no greeting on behalf of the pharmacist, no compassion, no empathy, no attempt to establish rapport - nothing. Nothing more than a production line devoid of human compassion or interest in the customer they were 'serving'. After each customer handed in their script, they were abruptly ordered to 'Stand over there!' whilst this stellar pharmacist pointed to where 'scripts out' was. It gets even better, though.The other outstanding pharmacist at 'scripts out' continued with the great service provided by her 'scripts in' colleague. The 'scripts out' pharmacist mumbled, provided zero counselling to any of the patients that I witnessed, including myself, did not greet any of the patients, did not establish any sort of rapport or provide any customer service, did not maintain eye contact and had an absolutely disgusting attitude - the production line devoid of human compassion and interest in serving continued.Furthermore, as I was waiting for the script that I had to collect for my partner, I could overhear the thee pharmacists loudly and indiscreetly gossiping about a patient they had recently interacted with! It was impossible not to overhear them as they were speaking loudly with no shame and absolutely no consideration for that poor patient. I feel sorry for the patient they were talking about and won't repeat what they said to avoid possibly identifying them!The overall pharmacist experience was dismal. It baffles me how supposed health care 'professionals' could ever conduct themselves in such a way. The worst part of it was the attitudes of the pharmacists that I had the pleasure of interacting with-they acted like they were doing YOU, the customer a favour. They were bottom of the barrel and I have no idea how the recruiting manager ever considered them for a job. Chemist Warehouse Lakemba must be absolutely desperate for pharmacists if they hired these losers.With that said, my overall negative experience was offset to some degree by another lady, also in a white hijab, who served me at the checkout. She was very kind, courteous, professional, spoke clearly, maintained eye contact, stood upright and provided fantastic customer experience - a great example to the lovely pharmacists in dispensary who should be ashamed of themselves but clearly have no shame.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Maybe you guys should employee people who have more interest in serving sick people. Rude chemist assistant name Kim. Zero acknowledge and not even assisting. Whats the point working in chemist? Rude rude rude! I am only asking for her assistance and her answer was i am not a doctor. Go get a training!

Good thing about this store in here is open till late night. All good but the store is bit smaller as well as isles

I was served by lovely lady nour on Tuesday and she very helpful. She make sure I left the shop haply and helped me with my medication and vitamins. Keep it up

Nice to find every cosmetics and medicine in one place. Not much space in between two shelves, little inconvenient for customers to walk toward the back. During the busy time, We found the line goes to long which makes the shopper for browsing around. In many occasion we found the price is quite competitive. Most thing I love about the front crews, they are always friendly with beautiful smiles.
