Very fast delivery, even on a Saturday. Called mid-morning and was delivered 2 45kg bottles by 12.30. Much cheaper than my regular supplier with none of the extra tag on costs. Definitely recommend!

These fellows are great. My old supplier was charging $45 rental annually for each bottle. When we ran out of gas I was informed 10 days for replacements. After 10 days still no delivery. I called my old supplier, cancelled the order and requested a full rental refund (which they agreed to). I then called Direct Gas at 6PM who delivered 3 x 45KG bottles the next morning to Albany Creek. We are very happy customers who will not return to the 'big players'. Keep up the great work gents.

Truely grateful!!This company really saved us in our time of need, after our regular gas provider Elgas let us down.Elgas failed to deliver our gas order placed a week ago (as promised) and refused to do anything to help despite the error being made by them. Instead they told us we have to wait another week and hung up on us.Elgas didn’t care that we would run out of gas in the next day or so and told us we’d have to sort out the problem ourselves in the meantime.I called Direct Gas and spoke to Nathan to see if there was a chance they had a spare gas bottle to help us out and we were in luck. Nathan was sympathetic to our needs and quick to respond with assistance, delivering a bottle within the hour. It’s a relief to find a business that actually cares.We are cancelling our Elgas account and switching our gas supply to Direct Gas from now on. Happy to support a local family business who look after their customer’s.The added bonus is that they are cheaper than Elgas as well, with no delivery or bottle rental fees.Do yourself a favor, ditch the major gas suppliers and switch to Direct Gas.

Excellent service. Ran out of LPG gas at home on Saturday. Rang around on Monday morning. None of the large suppliers could do same delivery despite claiming to be able to do so in their ads. I rang Direct Gas without really having much hope, but was very pleasantly surprised to be told they could do it, AND it was cheaper. Highly recommend this business.

If you live or work in the northern Brisbane suburb of Sandgate, you will not get a better deal on LPG than here. Had run out of gas for hot water and cooking, regular supplier could not deliver for 2 weeks, not wanting to wait that long, found these guys on Google. Phoned in the order at 7.00am on a Friday morning and the gas was delivered within 3 hours. Excellent service

I would highly recommend Direct Gas. They don’t charge cylinder rental or delivery fees, and their prices are very reasonable. From within one hour of making an initial query, I had two 45kg gas cylinders at my door!!! I even got to speak to Paul, the delivery driver, on the phone regarding my dog. Nathan and Paul are incredible.
