Petrol Bowser scams you.Within 1 second, the price on the Bowser was already at $6.Impossible.It takes about 4-5 seconds for the remaining petrol to jump up by another 6 dollars.Basically means it's either pumping air, or they've calibrated it to scam you.Won't be coming here again.

The pumps are not calibrated! You will pay 20% more than you really put on your tank. Price is lower but still you pay much more. I will not go there again.

The bald guy is so so so rude. I was standing in the corner waiting for my husband who was making a coffee. He started giving me some looks like i was trying to steal something. When we went to the counter to pay, he started staring at what was in my hands! I asked him all good man? He mumbles something so so so rudely! And stared angrily.

Terrible customer service, the guys have no idea what they're doing, overpriced garbage that makes you feel bad and just a terrible, terrible place.I never shop here and never will again. The guy who runs the place with his wife is suffering from some mental illness. The way he talks to customers is appalling and his attitude towards customers just makes this place that more repulsive. All the staff there speak broken English and it wouldn't surprise me if the staff were underpaid. Some times they don't reset the metres for the petrol cost, so make sure you tell them to reset them. It's a petrol station so they should have enough brains to reset the metre but no, they don't. The petrol is ridiculously priced and I have no idea how they've stayed open for this long.If you want to feel like a used up washing machine that doesn't wash clothes anymore, just dirties them, then this is the place for you. They are just terrible people who think that they can do whatever they want because you need petrol.Buy your petrol somewhere else and get your groceries from a supermarket.Terrible, just awful.

Always charging more than the market for petrol department of fair trading should look into this. Disgusting customer service. Shouldn't be working in customer service if they are have no social manners.

This place needs good customer service the bald guy is just rude, when we wanted a bag he was so slow when it was right next to him and kept giving us dirties. Only come here for the slurpees, the people don't know how to run the place.

ALWAYS ask for a receipt. They purposely charge you twice for items! I can’t tell you how many times they have overcharged me and my friends and family and we have had to go back and tell them. This happens on the daily! Yes, I should stop going there, but it’s convenient when it’s late at night and I need to do a milk or bread run. They are the only place that doesn’t offer you a receipt and I’ve realised that it is because they try and get away with charging you for something that you didn’t purchase. So, even though I know this, I still go there when I absolutely have to but I always ask for a receipt, which they reluctantly give you. They charged me twice, just last week, for an item that I purchased and when I bought it to their attention (AGAIN) they first try and get away with it, until I ask them to print a receipt at the end of the transaction and then all of a sudden, they find their error! Literally 10 mins ago, my husband came home from purchasing milk, bread, butter etc and he also purchased himself a pack of 4 V’s that were “on sale” for $10. He asked me if he was charged correctly and to look at the receipt. Thankfully, I have drilled it into him to get the receipt. Lo and behold, they charged him twice for the most expensive item that he purchased.... the V’s. When he went back and spoke to the person behind the counter (he wasn’t the guy who served him initially) they instantly said “no we didn’t” without even asking why he thinks that or speaking to the person who served him initially. My husband produced the receipt and funnily enough, they didn’t check cameras or ask the staff member that served hubby to clarify that hubby did in fact, only purchase one box, they seen that they charged for 2 on the receipt and told him to take another box of V’s, seeing as it’s already been charged, rather than refunding the money. They obviously know that they overcharge people constantly because once hubby showed the receipt, they acknowledged their “mistake” without even verifying that hubby only bought 1 box. If it wasn’t their usual practice, they should have spoken with the staff member first and verified that my husband had only bought one and was accidentally charged for two or perhaps look at their cameras! But they didn’t do that at all! They took his word for it because they know that he was more than likely overcharged because that’s what they do ALL THE TIME! This happens to me on the regular from the owner and from 2 other specific staff members. My husband goes there maybe once a month and has probably been there 15-20 times in nearly 3 years and the majority of those times, he has been overcharged and when asked for the receipt, they reluctantly hand it over or make up some excuse about the receipt not working. This has happened to my parents soooo many times and now they just don’t go there anymore. I have many family members and friends that live nearby and I don’t think there is one of them, who haven’t complained about this at least once! I’ve witnessed, on 2 occasions, a customer (who I didn’t know) come back into the store while I was there, complaining that they were overcharged. This is common practice for this shop. So please be aware and pay attention while they are scanning your items and always ask for the receipt! And always pay attention the fuel prices too! Make sure you are being charged for what is advertised. There has been one occasion where the pump did not match what they were advertising and someone else I know, had an issue with the cost per litre not matching what he paid for the litres that he put in his car. Today was the last straw for me!! I don’t care how late it is at night or how convenient it is for me to grab one item, I won’t be going there anymore. There are 2 small business across the road... a fruit shop that has some groceries and another supermarket shop a few doors up from the fruit shop and they are privately owned and trying to make a decent living. They are also much cheaper and I would rather support them than the 7 eleven that is purposely ripping me off!
