Star Car Wash - South.Point Tuggeranong 1

I specifically requested that glasses needs a proper clean from the inside the guy agreed and noded yes ill get it done! Didn't clean the car body outside properly and the glasses were cleaned with some greasy cloth today b/w 12:45 -2:30 pm!!! I have to clean it my self even after paying $59 for the platinum wash. Poor quality, mate this is Australia not Indian where you can just get rid of the stuff by doing a half job. I'm from the same region but there are basic Australian work standards that are needed to be followed! Please upskill or dont do the job! No offense!

I had paid for internal clean $195When i came back car was totally wet and mirror were still dirty spot and guy told me your car is readyI told him look is still dirty he start arguing with meAnd i wentWhen i reach home the inner of the was still dirty.It was really bad experinceI had paid $195 dollarReally disappointed:(Waste of money

I primarily got them to clean the seats as they were stained. They cleaned the seats really well and most surfaces. I don’t know how they missed a spray of sunscreen on bottom left of the steering column. Also they didn’t wipe down the glove box as there is another sunscreen splash. Clean took 2 1/2 hours to clean Car has never been detailed before and it is a 2006 Holden Astra. So I was ok with how long it took. Overall I give 6/10

The agreement was Wash and Wax for $90. Got receipt as Open Polish for $90. On picking up the car, I picked one spot to notify the manager that it was still dirty. The staff cleaned it. The car was parked in a dark spot. On taking it home and found the car was partially washed and wiped dry. So many bugs, bugs marks and tars are still seen on the car. Some dirt spots are still there making me wonderring if the car was washed. A dodgy services this car wash center provided! 2nd bad experience in this Car wash center. Star Car Wash at the Southpoint Tuggeranong needs to lift up its services or it will scare people off like myself!!! Don't use the word wax in ageement if you can't deliver as promised. Instead of feeling my car now looks New but felt ripped off by this manager!!!! Worse than my own simple wash!!!!

I'm leaving 1 star as the vacuuming wash done thoroughly, however:1. The vacuuming appears to have been done so roughly that the drivers floor mat anchor is now loose in the carpet.2. There was slimy cleaning residue everywhere, the leather was basically wet when I got it back, and the instruments in the dash have spray marks all over them that clearly weren't wiped afterwards.3. My car also didn't start right when I got it back, it needed to be jump started which has caused other issues with the electricals, but at least it starts now, so the battery isn't dead.Won't be going back here ever again, $275 down the drain.

The guys at Star Car Wash did a fantastic job of cleaning the exterior an interior of the car. My car looked brand new by the time I collected it - it looked amazing! Thank you so much and I highly recommend Star Car Wash as the place to get your car looking outstanding!

Paid extra for seat clean as leather has a few small milk drops. Mostly the seats were good however not perfect as a few stains on drivers side still visible and a wet cloth removed it myself.The windows had not been put down to clean at the top under the visors and I did this at home.We had booked for 1100am and was told 1.5 hours, did not receive a text until 1325... which is almost 2.5 hours... however the job is good enough to score 4.5 stars... it is shining and clean and most of all protected from the elements.

Very underwhelming. Better off heading down to car lover's with 20 buck in change. $130 and car exterior is still very obviously dirty.

I enjoyed the look and feel of the car on pickup. Naturally, the tyre black didn't last long in the rain

Inside was not wiped properly there was dust still around , they never vacuumed under the seats
