Working with Laurence Realty was a nightmare from the start, as an investor I expected the property manager to look after our every need, instead they worked for the tenants at every opportunity they could instead of us as the paying customer. They had very poor knowledge of the rental laws, they also used trades people who were bad at their job, every repair we had organised through Laurence Realty required the same person to come back after 6 months to re-fix the issue. Do not use this aagency, you will regret it.

The reception staff at this agency were very good. Polite, friendly and good attention to detail.The agent, Sharon, was not in the same league. From a buyer's perspective, and I notice another one in the reviews with the same belief, Sharon failed us throughout our buying ordeal. Yes it was an ordeal as we felt that we were treated as 2nd class citizens despite us ultimately being the ones paying her income. Our opinion is that the agent was slow to respond to our queries, avoidance prone and had less than desirable customer and negotiation skills. In this era of high demand for housing, almost anyone can sell a house. The true test is when a severe downturn in the market occurs and only the best remain in place.

We rented a house through Laurence Reality and dealt with a lady name Tracey, she was extremely rude and disrespectful. We had a guy do rent inspections before her and he was super lovely and nice but Tracey was super super rude. She told us to stop talking while she was looking though the house and when the lease was up we cleaned the house spotless that the owners thought it looked amazing, Tracey came back with a full sheet of things that weren’t done which mainly included of things that were already in the house before we even came??? She said a pool item wasn’t there when it was in the draw she was way too lazy to even look, then after we did every single thing on that list we had to pay rent for one extra day to do so, she still came back to say it wasn’t good. Would 100% not recommend her and she has ruined this buisness for us. She either didn’t like us or is just a horrible, rude person anyway, Shame on you Tracey!!!

Tracey was a good person to communicate with, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is buying or selling in the northern suburbs

Not sure if the Agency is the problem or just the individual staff.Really really shocking experience twice with one of the agents ( Chrys) trying to buy a home twice from her/them.I will never ever use these guys ever again even if I see a house I would love to buy.Please teach your staff how to communicate with buyers.

My personal experience as a buyer-Having let some time pass as I descended from my emotions of hurt and anger, I am now able to provide a constructive review of real estate agent Sharon Lee.While it is fair to say that customers are not always right, I certainly believe that all home buyers deserve respect along with a professional approach from the selling agent. I felt that this was not extended to me as a genuine buyer. In all my time of buying and selling properties as an investor and buyer, I can't recall a time in my previous transactions, ever encountering an agent who made me feel like a fly in a bowl of soup until now. Sharon didn't always respond to my queries and when she did, it was only upon being asked yet another question about my chosen property. That was disappointing and hurtful for me. I felt that her responses were condescending at times, leaving me confused as to why she spoke to me in that manner. I felt intimidated because I didn't know how to respond back to someone as sarcastic as this agent. It seemed she turned condescending responses into a fine art. Buying a house is a time that should be enjoyable and exciting but unfortunately, this wasn't my experience. She didn't even come to hand over the purchased house key, instead, leaving it alongside a flimsy gift in the meter box. No follow-up calls or anything.....though I was grateful that I didn't have to see her or hear from her, but still....one expects something more courteous from someone who sells expensive houses as an agent. Until the final inspection completion which was deeply uncomfortable, I honestly wasn't sure whether I was going to eventually own the house I purchased, because of the manner in which I felt treated. Consequently, until that day arrived, I kept looking at other homes on the web, in case this one fell through, not through my actions, but because this particular agent appeared to be offended that I didn't agree with her price estimation. hmmmmm....

I have bought and sold dozens of properties in the past 20 years. I can tell a good agent within 30 seconds of talking to them on the phone. She's a dud.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company, which stems from the principal Tracy Laurence, think an unfunny Basil faulty. Fortunately she has a couple of staff that are good enough to keep the ship afloat.
