Definitely not the greatest Crust Pizza around. I’ve been here twice in the past couple of months. My first visit I thought the food was average and since it’s been a couple of months I thought I’d give it another shot. The food sadly has dropped from its standards since last time somehow, it’s really dry and overcooked which takes all the taste out of the pizza. One thing that I can say that this Crust does customer service better than some other Crust Pizzas I’ve visited. The lady that served me had great manners. There is also seating if you would like that dine in experience and the shop itself looks pretty decent. Overall I would love to give this a higher review but I can’t overlook the poor quality of food on offer.

I ordered a pulled pork caramelized onion pizza... which should be named slaw pizza. Seemed like no bbq sauce base, and minimal other topping but a whole bag of slaw dumped on top. And pizza wasn't even cut. I'm new to the area and twice the pizzas have been average at best. Back to Dominos for me.

I made an order about 50mins before pickup time, and I still had to wait a further 7 minutes. It didn't seem busy at the time. But the pizza is great

Crust Pizza's can be a very hit or miss depending on which branch you head too. I found this one to be pretty good (though not the best). Customer service was good as well.

The food is generally good. It's more expensive than other large chain pizza places but I think it's fair value. The workers are generally polite. The reason for the low rating is their ordering system. It's constantly having issues and on more than one occasion has lost my order which meant waiting at the store for my pizza to be cooked. Please fix your systems.

If I could rate this 0 I would. The garlic bread we got had literal mould on it, not just a little but all over. The pizza and fries were both cold and awful. Will be contacting head office for a refund.

Love their pizza, customer service is also good. But they should have one pizza storing heater like Dominos so that it’ll be warmer even it’s ready. If we go few minutes late, we’ll get pizza just on shelves left to be cold. Pizza is good, far better than other stores nearby. Sometimes Peri-Peri sauce in Peri Peri chicken is too little.
