Novas — Architectural Hardware
My experience with Sylvia and another one of her colleagues today was excellent. Sylvia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in relation to a door lever problem. From a female perspective this is not always the case when dealing with some people who deem door hardware the realm of men. My thanks to both representatives of Novas Hardware, I highly recommend this company.

It's quality stuff haven't had a problem installing until I got to the lockable cav slider door hardware.. doesn't make sense, you supply screws too long for a 38mm door which is fine, you just cut them back to the cut off line.. but now the screws are to small lol literally have to take a grider blade off the screws and the handle pin to make it work.. anyway rant over, 3 stars for quality
