The best massage therapist in Sydney! I had a whip lash injury 20 years ago and play soccer and go to the gym regularly. Shizu not only has the most amazing healing hands but they can find all the tight and problematic areas. She uses cupping to help relieve these areas which is just amazing. She genuinely cares and has helped me manage my residual whip lash injury symptoms as well as helping me recover from soccer matches and the gym. She asks and listens to how much pressure you would like. I can’t recommend Shizu highly enough.

I have been going to Shizuka for almost a year now and she never disappoints! Everytime i go to her, i feel so much more relaxed and ready to tackle on the next couple months! She takes time to go into detail of every muscle and hold conversation really well! 10/10 would recommend!

Best remedial massage I've experienced. The massage felt as though it was working on quite deep tissues, and the effects on my range of motion and pain the following day were outstanding. Shizuka also used cupping to rehab an old knee injury and after only one treatment that joint is moving much better. I now realise that any remedial massages I've experienced before were merely firm relaxation massages.

Highly recommend going to Shizuka if you are looking for the best remedial massage! I've received massages from her for a couple of years now and she's really helped me with a range of things like the common stiff upper back to my shoulder injury.I have also recently gotten into triathlon training which means using alot of muscles I've never used to that extent before as I have no background in any of the 3 sports. Particularly with learning how to swim I don't have the mobility in the shoulders and she has helped release the tight spots around the shoulders and the lats and I can really feel the difference and has helped alot in my swimming.I've also done cupping with her to help promote blood flow through the main muscles in my legs after a big run and you can easily see it work and identify where the stagnant blood is. She is really attentive and works with you over time to try to resolve the issues as nothing can be fixed in one go and requires continuous improvement.Thanks so much Shizuka for your care and massages. I know everyone can see you're very passionate in what you do and really care about each of your clients. I know I would definitely be a lot worse off if you haven't been there to help and provide advice along the way!
