Johnson Tiles Architectural Showroom

I ordered a set of three custom tiles from Johnson Tiles recently. The service was efficient and flexible, which I really appreciated. The staff member Charline communicated clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Incredibly helpful staff who will help out in any way they can. I really can't thank them enough for managing to get an 11th hour delivery to me when we ran out what we needed. Will certainly be returning again.

I called desperately needing information on a particular tile. However, this company refused to provide me with any basic information, repeating that they can’t answer any of my questions as my Home is rented and if I need information about my tiles to call the landlord. I kept advising the landlord is aware of the problem, need info to get this situation fixed.......but know. Refused to answer any questions to do with tiles.......Zero customer service, rude, unprofessional, poor product knowledgeDon’t waste your time calling to get tiles or infor on tiles unless you are owner occupied, mind you good luck even thenI called another manufacturer, and OMG, they where so helpful, the direct opposite.

As a builder we find Jonson Tiles to be reliable, great on price and have a fantastic range of tiles to choose from. We have used them for years. Awesome friendly team who go the extra mile to find your tile. Will always go to them first!

I bought a couple of boxes of tiles for a bathroom repair that was not needed in the end. I called to see if I could return as they are still in the box. Was rudely told no refunds. Pretty poor service

Chris Toohey is the epitome of a great sales person. She knows tiles inside out, upside down and has great awareness of the space they are designed to fill. Never pushy, and always suggestive to your requirements. Love to tile shop at Johnson Tiles with Chris, if I can discuss a new décor for my apartment.

I am an interior designer and have used Johnson Tiles in many of my projects. They have an excellent range of product, helpful staff and competitive pricing!

I spoke with both Steve and Russell regarding a bathroom reno project my friend is undertaking. They not only had expert knowledge of what I was after with minimal information but gave some great advice and quickly worked out how many tiles were needed. So lovely and professional and very kind and understanding of someone who has had minimal experience in tiling. They both gave me some great options and were accommodating of my many questions without being patronising or impatient. Will definitely go to them for future projects and advice and recommend them to everyone. Thanks Steven and Russell for making everything so easy and being wonderful humans. If I could give 10 stars I would.

To Shane Bailey Johnson Tiles QLD Representative, please accept my sincere and grateful thanks for all your time spent coming to my property and advising me on how to clean and care for my new Chess Black Johnson Tiles.Few companies have people working for them as good as you! You went out of your way and came to see me at my house - twice! You not only solved the scratch marks on my tiles but you also went out and purchased a product that conveniently fills small crevasses caused by angle grinding cuts! And you would not accept repayment of the cost of that product! I am very impressed and will in future consider Johnson Tiles before looking at other brands.

I can not recommend Artika and Matthew highly enough. They’ve been tremendously helpful, accommodating and all round fantastic through the selection and ordering process. Will be looking forward to working together again.
