I could give zero stars if i could. I get massages quite often and this is by far the worst experience i’ve had so far. The first staff obviously doesn’t know what she was doing, using wrong pressure at wrong spots the whole time I feel like i can get injured if she keep doing it so I politely asked them if i can change to another masseuse, she rudely refused and said I cant change, asked for refund and told me boss is not here so you cant get refund . I was really shocked and almost feel like a robbery. Out of no where there is suddenly another masseur available , which is even worst, this time she gave me a sensual massage feels almost like she was tickling me. I just can’t tolerate the horrible service and had to stand up and go. the receptionist told me I cant have refund , only gift voucher, in what sense you think people want to come back when your staff is all untrained and unprofessional ? I literally begged them to refund me and let me go , which is finally happened after 15mins negotiations . The place itself its lovely , clean and relaxing , but I suggest you do some proper training first before you open to public.

I had the best and most authentic thai massage in Melbourne. I was searching for a nearby Thai massage place and found this. It is so convenient that I can just walk in and pick any options available. The staffs are really polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend one of the masseuse called Tum (Pronunciation might not be right but that is what it sounds like), she has good skills and every massage spot was on point, good pressure and very caring. I was having cough and she keeps getting me some warm water, after finishing the massage I was provided tea and fruits. I will definitely come back soon.

I generally don’t bother leaving reviews but this place deserves all the stars. I get frequent migraines which lead me to this place. I made a booking an hour before their closing time. My masseuse, Helen stayed back and did not rush my massage. Aaron, another lovely being, was so helpful with explaining me the pressure points for migraine.Would recommend this place again and again.

I normally don’t post negative reviews but I felt I had to for this, as we paid quite a premium for the massage + foot reflexology for 2 pax. If you want an un-relaxing massage, please try them out. The masseuse woke me up by using a “cold” towel to wipe my feet. Gave me a shock when that happened. It feels as if the masseuse was too lazy to obtain a fresh warm towel.Informed the reception about the service and all he did was apologise for it.

I had a great experience at Tuptim Herbal Day Spa with Wendy. It was my first time getting a body scrub and relaxation massage, and Wendy made me feel comfortable throughout. I left feeling blissful, and will definitely return. Thanks!

Wendy gave me the best massage of my life. I’ve had decades of massages, but she is attentive, focused and does both Thai and Europe style massage. Hands down the best. Thank you Wendy! Warm regards Jack

Tuptim Herbal Day Spa came highly recommended by my friend Debbie who goes there regularly. The premises are thoughtfully decorated and very clean and relaxing. I was recommended to see Wendy for a combination massage and it was amazing! Wendy is the best ever massage therapist I have seen and very knowledgeable, she has helped a lot with my chronic injuries too. Thank you to Kitty and the team, and especially Wendy- you're a star!
