After a Xmas collision with a trolley bay , damaging two doors, and after a long wait , Mandrakes did a cracking job within a realistic time frame and with respectful communication. The car looks great- I picked up a shiny, washed and polished and impeccably repaired vehicle!!

I won't be using or recommending them in the future.Their workmanship is fine, although 2 small scratches were not fixed as requested. We were so in need of the car that we left with those issues and did not raise them.But they have Zero customer service, between overhearing the staff complaining that we were late to advise on the repairs needed on the car (poor communication from the insurance) on the first day, to no one helping us to review the work when the car was ready to be taken home and finally needing to ask for other cars to be moved so that we could drive the car out.We had very little positive interaction with the staff. We know staff has heaps of work to do but not like here is the key" and that's it."

Brought my mercedes in for a quote, didn't know about bookings for this process, they did the assessment straight away, and was honest about some finer details.Remember to call first to book.

Mandrakes did a fantastic job on repairing my ute after a collision. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and I reckon that the car looks better now than when I bought it. They went the extra mile and detailed the entire car outside which looks great. Well done!

Don't bother they may do alright panel beating but their customer service is bad and very arrogant. They damaged my driver side door arm rest and widow controls. I Had to keep chasing them up. I'm sure they were hoping that I'd disappear. I had my car serviced last Thurday and was told Mandrakes damaged it. This Scott didn't want to know about it and said his plastics bloke will fix it. I said and everything in original working order he shrugged me off. So rang insurer they got the same bad customer service and arrogance. She said she knew what I was talking about and is putting in a complaint. Their assessor's are coming in to view my car.

These guys do excellent work, I had door damage and they tidied up my car as well, with polish and clean up my wheels. We had another car repaired last year as well, a lot of damage, come up like new. Would highly recommend , Scott and the team.
