What a disappointing experience! The assistant realised that an item had scanned incorrectly and (correctly) tried to cancel the transaction. Unfortunately it caused a problem with their register. The staff seemed more concerned about having their till balance than the fact that we were standing around for almost 45 minutes waiting to be able to buy three items of clothing!

Grate prices just if the cloth fit and don't fall apart. Leather shoe fall apart when get wet. And vinyl is not Leather.

I have been a Rivers shopper for 25yrs. I only shop at their clearance stores. The Rivers in Young has a good stock of clothes and shoes. The clearance area for shoes is good, especially as I take a larger size(43) and they always have something in that size. Love Rivers hiking boots. My son (size 12 mens) finds their dress boots comfortable, affordable and last well.The staff here are always helpful and pleasant.

I'm lodging a complaint for misleading advertising. The 50% signs plastered all over the store are ot that at all. You are required to sign up to a rewards program.......I will never set foot in a Rivers outlet again. Thanks for wasting me valuable time. DISGUSTING MISLEADING ADVERTISING.
