Good and value for money!

I will never deal with these company again. After ordering aprons 2 weeks with a strict deadline for delivery today I have now been told that my aprons will not arrive today after being assured that they would. They were quite insistent that I pay for my products before hand which I did promptly and yet they cannot come through on their end. Only after emailing them to find out when I would receive my products did they tell me I wouldn’t have them by the given deadline. If they were more forward in letting me know of any issues a solution could have been made, instead they are fine with letting the customer down. I couldn’t imagine what my customers would think of my business if I couldn’t deliver on a function I promised them and said ‘nah you can have the function next week’

I have purchased items from this company before and everything was fine. If I didn't know better I would have thought they had changed ownership, but apparently not. I recently purchased from them on eBay, I sent queries through email and there wasn't any response, resulting in my missing out on a 15% eBay promotional discount. I still ordered 2 chefs jackets. They only sent one; therefore more emails and hassles. The jackets didn't seem to be the same cut and fit as previous, so I sent both back. Top Chef charged $14.95 for postage and yet I only paid $8.95 to return the goods, therefore Top Chef were profiteering on postage...... Trying to get my refund from these guys was like pulling teeth. Their bad attitude and failure to assume blame for the constant 'muck-ups' was astonishing. I finally received a refund today, minus my $14.95 postage along with a couple of smart emails. I stated that they had bad business practices, and then I received a 'smarmy' email stating, 'it's none of your business how we run our business'.... Great attitude, AND, I'm not the only disgruntled customer. This week alone they've had negative feedback from 3 customers. NEVER AGAIN; inferior garments and even worse business practice and attitude....
