I had nails done a week and half ago please don't waste your money as they all fell off and bubbly their policy is prior to 2 weeks redone free of charge only to discover paula is a liar my advice stay away they are extremely unprofessional use cheap products and are rude rip of merchants it cost me 70 dollars and were left all bubbly and they refuse to honour their policy im now pursuing with consumer affairs and have also noted they use same file for every client which spreads diseases .If I could give a zero I would an absolute disgrace !!!They are rude dirty and use cheap products save yourself catching fungus as thats what happened they are a major rough 0 is what I rated stay away people as a fungus infection in nails can go into your blood stream never ever have I had that problem most of all they refused to honour their policy not that I would go back .Stay away do yourself a favour as there a clean better places .as im not one to ri te reviews but a final infections is not on very poor hygiene over priced bad job shape was awful lumpy and bumpy and acrylic is budget quality but got charged 80 dollars for acrylic that chipped after a day and literally peeled of stay away people as now I have a fungal infection nails and skin around nails is weeping as a result has spread to my face and have taken the matter to the healthepartmant .Not on in today's day and age utterly unacceptable .Warning to all thinking about going there as they will be shut down.Regards Jane hill

I got a French pedicure and an SNS manicure a couple of days ago. The staff were very friendly, attentive and lovely. The nails turned out perfect and I am so happy with them

Used to be a frequent customer however will not be returning. Went in for acrylics and have always been treated with respect. However this time the lady doing my nails was extremely rude and told me to pay prior to getting my nails done which I hadn’t done in the past? The rest of the customers didn’t need to pay beforehand and I felt very insulted by this. Definitely don’t go here if you are a person of colour as this worker will treat you this way. The lady quite literally brought the whole machine to me to pay whilst I was sitting there on the chair, so humiliating. The other ladies within the salon did not have to do this. Will be returning to my usual place to get my nails done as paying customers shouldn’t be treated this way. I left with mediocre nails and feeling overall unhappy which should not be a feeling after walking out of getting your nails done. Very disappointed but knew I had to make this review so no one else experiences this.

Would not recommend!I went in to get shellac with tips on and they charged me $75. My friend got soak off and SNS and they only charged her $40. The $35 difference makes no sense. After 3 days of having my nails done the polish started to become noticeably black on all fingers and stained. I called them and they advised that if I was to change the colour they would charge me extra. I have asked around and others have told me the black stain is due a cheap or expired colour. I don’t understand how at $75 there service is this shocking and how they cannot afford a better polish. I did take a photo of how badly the stain was but will not let me upload!

Asked for manicure with tips and SNS coloured French tips. Apparently couldn't do coloured tips that I've had done there many times before with the same brand SNS. Ended up going with normal french tips. All uneven and nails all different lengths, and didn't get manicure at all. Served by Kim who was rude and rushed despite no-one being there. Have been here many times before and generally pretty happy, but would not recommend her

Been going here for a couple years and always have a good experience. Nails (usually SNS tips) are always great. Kim is my go-to girl :)

Been going here for a year monthly for SNS manicures and shellac pedicures. I've gotten nail art and ombre, both were done with pride and were successful. Having got my nails done here approximately 12 times I've never had a bad manicure. They've always very busy which demonstrates how popular they are and good at their craft. The team is also very lovely and hospitable. The salon is very clean and hygienic. No complaints. Go to their Facebook page for pictures of my nails.

Never again !!!The lady - who did my nails today - was so rude and unskilled. I told her that she was hurting my nails and she said that she didn't know other ways to proceed. When I was explaining the shape I wanted, she wasn't listening to me and she was talking in a foreign language to her co-workers. Then, she even forgot to put a cuticle moisturizer and I had to remember her. She didn't even apoligize for her unprofessional service of today. Very disappointed.

Hated it. I asked for a natural french ombré, and they let me leave with these horrible bubbly looking nails. And they got that top coat all over and behind my fingertips so now they’re stuck and feel really dry. Paid $100 and wish i can take it back. Honestly, don’t waste your hard earned money!

I’m sorry to say, but I didn’t like the job I got today. I asked to put nail polish close to my cuticle as my nails grow fast…The pictures are straight after I went to nail salon. Even though girls are very nice, but the job is very unprofessional. Manicure and pedicure costed me $85, I didn’t have any nail polish on. So upset :( Never again…
