Fast, efficient and so professional! Dylan, Kirsten and Natalie were amazing. From my eyes test, trying new frames to rhe glasses fitting appointment the specsavers team were amazing!

I took my kids there for sight and hearing tests. The staff are so accommodating and patient, especially to my adhd child. Im totally biased here, michael is my fave! The others are no less awesome. Especially one who has daughters of his own, so he was so relatable! Thank you to the staff! I had to go for a 2nd attempt bc my adhd child has comprehension issues due to her wittle anxiety poor thing. Again, the staff was just so accommodating! Bless them to the moon!

Excellent & friendly service!From the moment I went in to have my eyes tested today the service was awesome. I was greeted by Dylan and checked in, he then helped me pick out my new glasses while I waited for my eye test as I was early. I then had my eyes tested by Kirsten and she put me at ease and chatted to me the whole time explaining what she was doing / testing and why. I was then supported by Nat to finalise my new glasses purchase, and she was super nice. They were all really nice and helpful. I will be going back for sure!

Getting my eyes tested and getting new glasses always fills me with anxiety as I don't handle change well. However, Dylan was very helpful, despite my pickiness, in selecting new frames that would suit myself. He kept it light hearted, was funny and patiently helpful throughout the whole interaction.

Had a great experience going here to update my glasses script. The dispenser Dylan was very personable and chatty, and seemed genuinely invested in getting my picky self into a pair (or two ;) ) of glasses that suited me and for a good price.The optometrist Kirsten is wonderful, thorough consultation and great explanations of the purpose of all the different tests.Took 10 days for my new glasses to arrive and I couldn't be happier!

I had a great experience, the optometrist was lovely and Dylan was fantastic as helping me pick out a pair of frames! I am usually so indecisive, but Dylan picked out the winning pair almost immediately and was super supportive and fun to talk to. Would highly recommend for sure!

Fairfield Qld Specsavers. I wouldn’t recommend this store. They do not listen to what you, as the customer asks, then they assume incorrectly that you want anti reflective coating on new glasses without asking. I asked for a receipt when I was in store and all I received was the receipt from the Eftpos transaction. I then had to call them back and ask for a detailed receipt to find out all the relevant costs. Then they bill me for a cost that is covered by Medicare! For me I would rate this place as a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR

Dylan gave fantastic service and was great at handling my younger daughter age 7 who was not getting glasses. He set her up with pen and paper at a desk, which gave me the opportunity to focus on my older daughter age 9 who was choosing frames.Out our collection appointment, Dylan made sure that the glasses fit my daughter well and acknowledged her concerns that the frames were uncomfortable on her nose and adjusted them and added little pads to the bridge.
