I phoned Graham prior to coming to Tauranga (live out of town) to see if he was available to look at my machine. He willingly fitted " me in and phoned after he had installed new gears and did an overhaul. My 26 year old Bernina goes like a dream now!!! Thank you Graham. Definitely recommend"

Every time I grab my sewing machine I remember to write a review ....and then promptly forget! Finally remembered.I took my old Janome sewing machine in here, that I had bought about 20 years ago for it's first service as I had taken apart the lower spool mechanism and couldn't get it back together. For a small cost of $118 my machine came back looking a lot better, and running like new. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Absolutely brilliant service. These guys are now at no. 16 12th Avenue in a really cute building with their own parking which is great. Their sewing machine service to me, is always outstanding.
