Would not recommend them if you want custom made they sent out bench wrong after waiting double the time then had to wait another 3 weeks when I rang to see how it was going the silly woman said I ve never done it butwould you like me to cut it for you"what a rediculous thing for a business woman to say All she wanted to do wasrefund my money and not fix their error bad for business"

Waste of my time. Unless they can make lots of money from you, all you will get is stuffed around. They took my table and said they could do it knowing i was only in the area for 2 weeks, they after this period was told they now couldn't do it, no time to get it done elsewhere. If ya that busy say upfront, not 2 weeks later. Don't bother people, there are plenty of other good places that want your business and are happy to help

Can only think that the woman in the office ie the face of the business keeps her job because she's married to the boss! Apathetic, dismissive & discourteous - only seemed to be interested in her lunch. Might have only been a small order this time but next time who knows? Well she or BLB won't!

Thanks Sam and Tara for your great service and helping me work out the way to get the result I was after at the best price without compromising the end product. The textured oak laminate gave the beachy feel I wanted and the service and communication was fantastic. I really appreciated that you turned around quickly the extra bench top I decided to do in my laundry.
