Mr Brand Man was doing our work uniforms for 3 years. Unfortunately since changing owners last year with major change of staff, the service & experience has dropped dramatically.The last order of 30 work shirts I supplied to them to be embroidered, were given back to me with 2 ruined shirts with poor embroidery and 4 others that had noticeable faults and discoloration from being clamped.These damaged shirts were packed at the bottom of the sealed box when I picked up the order. I was not told there were any problems with the embroidery order when I picked up & paid in full.Obviously I discovered the shirts when I was sorting them out to issue to my staff. I spoke to the new young girl at the counter the following day and was told the new owners would sort it out & replace the damaged shirts.It’s been a year now and they didn’t contact me.I’m not going back to them again. I drive right past their front doors to go to an embroidery service that actually knows they are doing and cares about their customers.2 Stars is being generous!Give them a wide berth please.

We ordered shirts and jumpers for the office. Really good people to deal with. Very professional and helped us get exactly what we wanted. The quality of the clothes and embroidery is excellent. The turnaround time was very good too. Clothes were ready within a couple of days of the order. We will definitely be going back to them.

The new owner unfortunately is destroying this once amazing business. We had used me brand man on multiple occasions with nothing but great experience but will now never use them ever again. The new owner will take your goods then give you a time to pick them up and upon going to collect demand payment even though no work has been completed. When you question why nothing has been done all he does is swear and physically attack you to try intimidate you into paying. When you ask for an invoice he will also refuse to show you an invoice so it’s get pretty confusing with why he wants payment without an invoice even being shown? The only way we got our goods back which had nothing done to them was getting police involved as he wouldn’t give the stuff back. Definitely be aware of this guys dodgy business practices and complete lack of customer service.

As soon as I walked into Brand man I got greeted with a smiling face and great customer service by Gemma. My design process and creation was basic enough for me to understand and follow and the designer walked me through the process right till the end. Can’t recommend this business enough. Thanks guys!!!

I need two of our daughters blankets embroidered with her name on them before she started daycare.I would highly recommend Mr Brandman, very professional, customer service is second to none and it’s a very quick turn over.
