Different is one of the, if not, the best, real estate agencies around! The staff (specifically wanting to mention Angela) are incredibly helpful and caring!The whole process of obtaining my new rental property was extremely easy and smooth.The app that Different use is a game-changer! You’re able to see your rental payment history, documents and even submit maintenance requests!If you’re looking for a rental property, reach out to the Different team, they are amazing!

My experience as a tenant with them was the absolute worst. They consistently failed in their Duty of Care. Unfortunately, I can't provide many details due to Tribunal settlement conditions, but I strongly advise against renting from them.Their budget strategy has numerous drawbacks. They frequently use incorrect names and mix up emails, causing confusion. Additionally, they impose hefty penalties for late payments, even if the issue lies with their own billing errors.Overall, I highly discourage anyone from renting from them.

I rented a place in Sydney last month and started staying here and right from the first contact until the lease contract signing, all done remotely.Credit goes to Angela who was my rental agent in charge and she was really great throughout the process and such a professional and pleasant person to deal with.2 months into the rental journey and have nothing but great experience from the team and their app actually works unlike many others.A very happy tenant here and would highly recommend Angela as an agent if you want a hassle free experience for your rental property search!!Keep it up guys!!Dipanjan Mukherjee

3 stars because they accept only debit/bank transfert (For a smart tech company it's a bit strange but yeah they are different like their name from the other companies and it is not the best point) whatever the team is quick to reply and efficient but take some time to address any maintenance requests required.Can do better !

From the very start of the process, I felt genuinely satisfied with the high level of professionalism and effective and clear communication that I received. I always felt reassured that Angela had my best interest at heart and worked very hard to get us the outcome we needed. I was very impressed with Angela's work and the whole process. A huge thanks to Angela for going above and beyond to secure me my new home. I can't rate her higher than 5 stars but she deserves it. I quite like the name 'Different' as the name fits the business perfectly. Angela was so incredibly lovely to speak with, I forgot I was talking to an agent, honestly felt like a professional friend.
