The Emergency Button

Emergency Button recently completed a whole lot of bridal alterations on my Inbal Dror bridal gown. From the moment I met with Debra I was 100% confident in the services being provided. She was calm, professional, patient, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. I was ecstatic with the final result and would highly recommend the ladies at Emergency Button.

BRIDES: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.I went to Mitzi earlier this year to alter my wedding dress, which was two sizes too big. I have never experienced such awful, rude and unprofessional 'service; which was made all the more awful given it was my wedding dress.On my first fitting - Mitzi the owner, caught my back with a pin around the strap resulting in a 1cm blood stain on my dress. Obviously, this is very distressing. I received no apology or sign of remorse for this, and in fact at one point, I was told I must have stabbed myself" and it was therefore my fault (even though photos of the mark on my back and dress clearly show this was not the case). Mitzi said she would remove the blood stain

Couldn't have been happier with the alterations of my Grace Loves Lace dress. It fit perfectly and I was extremely pleased with the result. Thanks Mitzi!

I recently called the Emergency Button and spoke to someone super friendly on the phone. I mentioned in detail the alterations I needed on my wedding dress, and she advised me I would need to 'pop in' in order to get a quote for the alterations. Over the weekend I 'popped in' the store, with my wedding dress, only to be told that I needed an appointment to get a quote for alterations. I mentioned that I had called previously and the person I spoke to made no mention of an appointment. Excuses were made (e.g. that I had only mentioned a dress, not a wedding dress). Not sure about the quality of the work, but customer service definitely needs to be improved.

The ladies at Emergency Button were lovely. So friendly and accommodating. The job they did altering and repairing my pre-loved wedding dress was amazing. I would definitely recommend them if you want a quality repair or alteration ☺

Mitzi is incredibly talented! She completely overhauled my wedding dress to fit me like a glove. It featured very delicate lace and a bodice with boning which she had to alter significantly to fit my petite frame. Nothing was too difficult for Mitzi and she listened carefully to my wishes. My dress was super comfortable on my wedding day and everyone loved it. Thanks Mitzi!

Would not recommend to anyone. I went here for wedding dress alterations, and was made to feel that my dress was a lot of hard work, and I was provided an exuberant quote of DOUBLE what a reputable and competent professional gave me locally in Potts Point. There was no acknowledgement of this being a dress for a special occasion (ie my wedding) and the lack of customer service left me walking out of there feeling garbage.

Excellent experience.Mitzi recently undertook alterations on my Grace Loves Lace wedding dress. She was very knowledgable on what needed doing and how; as well as great attention to detail.Each stage of alterations were done within 1 week as she was keen to ensure everything was finished well ahead of my wedding date should I had wanted any last minute tweaks.Highly recommend.

I was referred to Mitzy by a friend, and they didn't disappoint! The dress turned out perfectly and they even managed to fix some frustrating hem issues caused by the dress maker. I am so thankful!!! Would absolutely recommend for any wedding dress alterations.
