Amazing customer service. My son was broken down outside of Oberon and I was struggling to get help. The car was eventually towed by NRMA to Wills Tyres and Nick managed to make the care safe for my son to drive back to Sydney that same day. Nick was helpful and reassuring and saved me a trip to Oberon the next day. 5++++ stars.

Outstanding service! I got myself into trouble in Bathurst with the car (don't ask... ok - so I put the wrong fuel in the car..). After being on hold to roadside assist for an hour and told it may take up to 90 mins to get someone out to me (I was parked on the side of the highway so not the best place to be for 2.5 hr on my own as a female). Given the 90 min wait, I thought I would contact a few mechanics local to home. These guys close at midday and I called at 11.59am and Nick answered. I wanted to see if he could help me. He said that he wasn't able to but offered to make some calls for me to try and get me home. Nick went out of his way to help me, and then even though he was flat out busy he made sure to fit me in and get my car sorted out. Very efficient and so helpful. Thank you so much. Hopefully I won't make this mistake again but you're on top of my list for tyre and mechanical work in the future.

I rocked up about 10 mins before closing with a punctured tire expecting to have to come back the next day but the legends here fixed it up for me super efficiently! It was affordable and friendly service as well, I was so grateful to be able to drive back to Canberra that afternoon as planned thanks to their help!

Huge shout out to the legends at Wills Tyres & Mechanical Oberon. I arrived 15 minutes late to my 4:30pm appointment today for a pink slip thanks to a flat battery. The A team swarmed my 1988 Land Cruiser Ute, identified a few faults, repaired some blown globes and replaced the battery all within 15 minutes. Pink slip was completed and now the truck is back on the road. It felt like Lewis Hamilton pulling into the pits at an F1 Race. Thanks legends.

Had a punctured tyre. They new who I could call and went above and beyond to help my family and I with information and accomodation. They said they would have our car fixed by the morning and it was. Brilliant service and price. Thankyou for all your help
