I have been here 2 times and everything they haven't missed an area I said in wanted the inside and outside clean . When someone says that would they mean the seat aswell. They didn't vacuume or wipe the seat. Definitely wouldn't not recommend

The worst job I have ever had. I paid for a full service $120 Cash and when I went to pick up my car, the rear of the car, in the hatchback, was not cleaned. Was not even vacuumed even though I was quite clear when I booked it with them that I wanted this cleaned. When I queried it, one of the guys working abused me and refused to do it even though I had paid for it. Once I threatened to take them to centre management he changed his mind and cleaned it reluctantly Would not use them again.

The worst car wash I have ever been. I was asked to do interior cleaning and they didn’t even vacuumed. Also from the beginning they ask to bring cash only. Not recommend to anyone. Waste of money.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE CLEANED.The staff have no idea about their products that they use on your car. They cannot speak English so greeting you is basically putting their hand out for your keys and saying “phone number”?I wanted an interior clean only because he couldn’t tell me when PH level the soap was for the outside. I came back after 1 and a half hours and was charged $35 for just the inside of the car which is a basic vacuum and wipe down. I spent 5 minutes picking stuff out of the carpet that wasn’t picked up (They watched me do this and didn’t come over) and then noticed the next day when I washed the outside of my car at home that they didn’t even clean the inside my windows. Your business should be closed down and you should be appalled. If you have any care for your car, DO NOT BRING IT HERE. Don’t even bother contacting me to explain yourselves because I wouldn’t bring it back to you even for a free clean. You’re an absolute joke!

If there was a 0 star i would. It was an absolute disgrace of a job, left them with 2 hours to do thorough detail and came back after 2 and half hours and pointed out MANY parts they missed for them to reply with, we cant get to there, when you can. I should have paid my 3yr old grandaughters the $200 to do the job, i would've got a better job out of it. To have to point out spots that they havent cleaned isnt what we have to do, we paid them enough money to give my car a thorough wash. I do not recommend wash'n'shop at fountain gate. Customer service was absolutely disgusting to include.

As a fastidious BMW owner, there is no alternative to hand washing. I asked for the chrome exhaust extensions to be cleaned - they weren't. I thought they would have had intelligence to use non-abrasive cloths when washing the car - they didn't. Instead scratch marks on the body and seriously crazed alloy wheels. Damage bill? $480 restore the alloys and $450 for removal of scratches and swirls from the paintwork. An expensive and dangerous" place to get a car wash."

Very disappointed. My partner tried to do a nice thing for me and paid $120 for a clean. There was still a food mark on the middle leather seat (they didn’t even have to do most of the back as I have 2 kids car seats) which proved they didn’t even wipe it down. The interior is streaky and seats sticky from their products. The windscreen has a mark on it from a phone holder, again proving they didn’t even wipe it down. The cup holders haven’t been cleaned. They undid the seat belt on my 3 year old’s seat and my partner drove him home without realising! They also loosened my 6 month old’s seat which I’ve had to adjust. I’ve tried to call to complain with no answer.

Got them to clean the seats. What a terrible job. Went home and did a better job with the carpet cleaner with a spot cleaner attachment and kings stain remover. Now looks almost as good as new. For a supposedly professional service it was a disgusting job.

Worst car wash I've had. Car was still dirty everywhere inside, they use cheap chemicals and leave the whole interior slimy. I took a dusty interior in to be replaced with stain marks from products on the dash and gear stick. This is a new car, the exterior clean was done well. I will never take any car back to this place it is a blatant rip off. Not to mention the service when picking the car up was putrid.
