Menulog order came with half of the food missing. Restaurant did not answer phone despite 5 attempts made.

I would have rated it the best in the area eating it regularly but the standard of there food has really dropped and sadly I won't be returning

Twas my first time trying Ken's Kitchen.The meat used in the food tasted stale.Was so disappointed

very unsatisfied with the food and service tonight. This used be the only Chinese my family and I would eat. Tonight we spent $130 on food only to get home and find 2 dishes were missing from our order and one dish wrong, also the food was cold. We had already waited 45mins for our order. I called to let them know about the 2 missing and 1 wrong dish and to have the dishes ready by the time i came back down, and of course they wernt cooked or even started cooking them when we came back down. Waited another 10 mins only to have the same dish be made wrong again! So had to wait another 10 mins again. No compensation or half the money refunded or anything, the just said is this the right order this time" very very poor service quite disappointing actually. The food was horrible also. $130 down the drain!"

Best chinese in the maitland area! The honey chicken is very saucey and has lots of honey, and the rice is amazing! They have a huge range of banquet options, as well as economy meals. Lovely workers, when I am there, their phone rings non-stop. Try it out!

I love the way Sue treats me like family. The food is so good I order extra for the next couple of days. The family is always there and they are lovely and chatty. One of the kids told me they eat the same at home so it is true home style chinese. Love it.

Very friendly. The food was fantastic. It had great flavour. Mongolian Lamb was my favourite of any place I've tried so far. The kids and wife loved it to.

Flavours were really nice, fresh but I found not much veg and a lot of sauce.

Tried to charge me $10 for rice & noodles i said i wasnt paying that !No one charges that at all, Im not your cash cow ! same old same old.Dont see this business lasting the next 12 monthsThe quaility of the food is below exceptable, used to be good many yearsAgo,not now, I WONT BE BACK
