The expert on the Ford line been in parts for 20 plus years, well you'd think he'd atleast know what a purge control valve is & needs to brush up on his people skills, such an ignorant so & so...Next service agent Allan was alot more helpful but still missing the bigger picture, so relieved didn't purchase off Jefferson Ford parts
