Ian is thorough and thoughtful, the perfect partner for landscaping. I manage a few properties and I've used his services for several gardens. He's very easy to deal with and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the final result. Highly recommended.

We used Ian to design out back garden and he also helped to save our dying mango tree. His use of Australian natives and pairing up of ferns (planting them together) resulted in a low maintenance, low water and beautiful garden. The mango tree had possum guards installed and after only 1 year sprung back to life. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Ian did a fantastic job of my garden. It is just a small garden in front of a townhouse but it has turned the approach to the house into a gorgeous walk through a lush stepped garden. Would definitely recommend Ian!

Ian was responsive and communicative and easy to deal with from day one. He provided practical and helpful advice that enabled us to make a huge difference to our yard without excessive expensive. We engaged Ian to create a turfed path to our nature strip. It is such a striking feature to our street presence. As a building and landscape designer, I was very happy with Ian's work and I will definitely put his name forward when clients need assistance with their gardens. Lowndes Landscaping did a fantastic makeover for us at our business premises. The existing garden was tired and uninspired. Ian transformed it, using plants that matched the character of surrounding gardens, quickly providing us with a mature looking and easily maintained green effect for our public access areas. Ian has maintained this garden for more than three years and it always looks smart. He is very conscious of plant selection and shade and liveability issues. He also does work for the body corporate complex nearby. We recommend him with every confidence!

I am so so happy with my large suburban garden landscaping. Ian was prompt, listened to my ideas, made suggestions based on his landscape architectural knowledge and so the job began and evolved as needed. Ian was abrasive to deal with, rudely presumptuous and generally inconvenienced. The landscapers who arrived next were super helpful and landed themselves a lot more work on a few new development projects. I'm sure Ian will have the last unapologetic word here. I don't normally waste my time to leave reviews but this guy was something else.

We approached Ian to complete a visual amenity assessment for a retaining wall on our residential property in North Brisbane. Ian was very easy to work with and listened to our needs in relation to the work that we required. He was very prompt in completing the work and we were able to achieve a positive outcome for an application with Brisbane City Council following the completion of Ian's work.
