Running late 5 mins, they forced me to book next time. I spend 50 dollars taking Uber to go city. And got nothing. Apparently they are not professional to run a clinic. They refused to refund and took away customers right. They didn’t follow australia customer law. Make consumers feel uncomfortable and waste their time.Definitely wrong choice to pay the prepayment. Won’t come back and hopefully you won’t in this position as me.

I have been having my sessions at this clinic girls are great! but the experience i had today with one of the girls named Ashley was fantastic, she took her time and did my laser session perfectly! Thank you!

Called multiple times to try and re-schedule my appointment. Called over 13 times over a span of 3 hours, i left a voicemail, even emailed and left a Facebook message. No one has picked up at all or responded. Really annoying.

I had a truly awful experience at this establishment due to the intimidating behavior of the manager. When I had a question about their services, the manager began to speak to me in a condescending tone and made me feel foolish for even asking. They were so intimidating that I felt afraid to ask any further questions or even make a purchase. It's unacceptable for a manager to make customers feel this way. I left the store feeling upset and humiliated. I would never return to this establishment and I would warn others to avoid it as well.

Not appreciate at all for my first time, Bad services. The staffs mad at me she looks not satisfy because I don't understand her quickly and roughly explains.

I’ve made appointments here twice on two different days to be told that they can no longer do it at the time I booked and I would need to re-book. On both occasions I arrived on time for my appointment to be told this information. I never received a call or a text to say the appointment was cancelled, I also replied to the confirmation text message.I’m locked into two more sessions at this clinic, once they are finished I will not be rebooking here and I have told all of my friends/colleagues to AVOID this clinic at all costs. I understand this happening once, but I travelled into the city especially for my appointment and paid for parking twice.

Been coming to Laser Clinics Queens Plaza for almost 2 years now I cannot thank the girls enough for how amazing my treatments have turned out I am onto my 5th bbl treatment for my full body now and I have gotten incredible resultsI cannot thank Sarah and Sophie enough feel extremely confident in my own skin from BBL and Natalie for my laser hair removal and skin treatments

I booked my full leg with one of the staff for an 8.20am appointment. The staff were running late and made me wait 20min. Once I went in they told me that they could only do half of the leg because they had no time and were running late with their schedule. I left the business and told the manager that she lost a customer for good. The experience was unprofessional and amateur especially considering I took the day off work. I would not recommend this business to anyone and if I could give a no star I would.Way to run a business!Thanks for nothingCristian

I've been receiving laser treatments at Laser Clinics - Queens Plaza for the past year now and it is always a pleasure. The girls have always been so accommodating and make me feel very comfortable with every treatment I get. Highly recommend booking your treatments here!
