Only positive things to say about James and the crew. Came in took out all the old insulation and installed new ceiling R6 batts. Very happy with how quick and efficient they were. Highly recommend, will use James for some under floor insulation soon. Thanks again.

We have used the services of Rapid Insulation and are very pleased to highly recommend this business and provide a review. James came to our home to assess the current insulation in our roof (some very old and inconsistent). He presented constructive ideas and offered intelligent suggestions. The quote was competitive and included options for different areas of the roof. The Rapid Insulation team arrived on time on the specified day and carried out the job in a very efficient manner. Removal of blow in and replaced with batt insulation.James was prompt with a quote. He price matched and discounted my job. He arrived on time on the day of installation.Great communication and service. We would definitely use James again to finish the rest of our house and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for great service, as well as reliable and polite tradies.Thank you James.Edit: we did get James and his guts back again. I highly recommend rapid insulation, lovely team, took there time with all my questions and queries. Came out and did an in person quote and was super friendly. The photos James provided looked great. They did amazing job with the removal and install of insulation at my property in boxhill, couldnt be happier, my family can feel a difference already!

James and his team replaced our ceiling insulation. They removed old loose-fill insulation and incorrectly sized batts, replacing them with high quality batts to match contemporary standards. They also installed under-floor insulation.The work was completed quickly, in a professional and efficient manner, leaving a clean and tidy site.

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the boys at Rapid insulation. James was very helpful in discussing insulation install and removal options for our home. Communication was outstanding and had given us great affordable advice to better the efficiency of our insulation. We had our old blow-in removed and new Bradford R5s installed in our roof space. Pictures and videos were provided throughout the whole process and couldn’t be happier with the quality. 10/10 will be definitely referring Rapid insulation to our closest friends and Family.

James was a delight to work with. Easy to talk to, quickly understood the problem we wanted fixing and an all-round professional. He was the only one of the trades I contacted who wanted to come and visit before comfirming his qoute to make sure that there were no surprises on the day of the job. On the day he turned up exactly when he said he would and preformed a high-quality job in a really efficient time. He was polite, easy to work with and got the job done with a minimum of fuss.
