My hot water safety switch was tripping, and although not an emergency, my request was prioritised and Alex arrived promptly. Whilst he was at the property, he also replaced a power outlet and quoted on additional jobs (of which I had struggled to get other local companies to attend). The team are friendly, professional and positive. I will be utilising Florance for all future electrical work from now on. Couldn't recommend them more!

I’ll start by saying I had never heard of these guys before booking them in. I had Florence Electrical come and do a quote for me a few weeks ago on our gate. They were early, incredibly polite, friendly to my children and dog and had kind dispositions. Not only did I receive a perfectly reasonable quote but had them come into my bathroom to have a look at a dodgy power point and they fixed it then and there. Whilst repairing the power point they identified other things in the bathroom that could be improved. I received the quote the very next morning and the work was completed within 7 days. Not to mention the guy who did the job was early, involved me in every decision and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend and will be keeping their number on my fridge.

Been using the Florance Group for a couple of years now for electrical work and remote gate installation. We live in Humpty Doo and after many power interruptions it was time time look into a solar system with battery backup.After discussing various options with Alex he came back with a hybrid inverter design with efficient battery supply to the house that suits exactly what we asked for.Alex and his team installed the system in the time frame suggested and the professional quality of the finished work is a breath of fresh air if you know what I mean.Happy to say the system is now running and performing with better than expected results.Cheers to the team at Florance

Good service but no happy with the staff the way he spoke over the phone to me, if bill not paid for , he was gonna come around to the property to rip off the work that was done. Not good at all

I have used this company a number of times. Cannot fault the service, friendly and courteous staff who go the extra mile for their clients needs. Would highly recommend.
