Well placed for a range of different pharmacy services. Difficult to find in the middle of the hospital

Brilliant pharmacist. Vincent and his staff are trustworthy, friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Its a treat to have them dispense our medicine, as they are a true old fashioned family/community business. They remember our names, our preferences, who takes what and our health conditions. They even deliver to your door if you are unwell. As they are a dispensing chemist, they can combine tablets, do up creams and so on. Not a lot of cheap tasteless gifts/ silly perfumes/ endless non essentials - Lots of excellent, high quality medical needs for your first aid kit and good supply of behind the counter items for more in-depth wound care. I would recommend to anyone on the Woden Side of town to use them, as they are an extremely professional and compassionate team who will go out of their way to meet your requirements.

I am giving this 5 stars only for the young lady ( Marina ) I believe her name was, she went beyond and above my expectations for helping me out to find all what I need. If I can give only zero stars for the rude pharmacist ( Male ) I didn’t even bother to check his name, he is really arrogant and unprofessional.

Charges are at the highest end. As there is no rush, its easy to get your prescriptions done fast.

Great service from staff at the Canberra Pharmacy following a issue with the booking system. Resolved in a very professional manner by the manager. Recommend.

Such kind, genuine service. I am not sure of the name of the lady who helped me yesterday (so rude of me!) But she was wonderful!!

What a nightmare. Went in 2 days ago on the 4th to get a prescription done and was spoken to by the pharmacist Mena or Meni couldn't even say his name clearly. Rude, arrogant and made no sense at all. Don't bother coming here waste of time which we waited for 45mins to be told oh ye I forgot about you"."

They refused to return vitamin d capsules purchased a few hours back , claiming that they didn't know how the medicine had been stored ..!!! And this is when the ambient temperature is well below 25 degrees during the start of winter at the end of May !!Reply to owner's response : I think sometimes common sense should prevail. The product was bought a few hours back, had an intact seal, and it's only storage requirement was a cool ,dry place under 25 degrees.

This chemist is located within the Canberra hospital. It's quite small but has all the nessecities as well as options for small gifts if you are visiting a patient. Staff and chemist were both very friendly and eager to help.
