Their professionalism in the quick answering of any questions to build our understanding and the easy facilitation in securing our lot at Akuna Vista kept us at ease and confident throughout the buying process. They also introduced a wonderful community dynamic that we very much appreciate, so much so that I got invited to do a testimonial shoot for DHA's promotion of Akuna Vista. We purchased our property in Colebee recently however ULH was quick to sign us up but responses after that were almost none existent. The impression I got was they will take your money but after that you're on your own. If you asked me if I would use ULH to buy/sell next time I would have to say sorry but NO, I would not!

Tee and Tori from ULH are awesome to have as a property manager. They have always answered any questions promptly and sorted any issues we needed sorted. Thank you both for all your help so far.

I've never left a review for a Property Manager before, but I really need to let everyone know how amazing Teneal van der Wal is. My family and I have rented for the past several years and during that time we've had a variety of Property Managers and Real Estate Agencies. Teneal has been the best of them all. She's kind, she's considerate, she's punctual and she's professional. I've never in my life dealt with a Property Manager that treats a tenant (my family and I) with such respect. You see in the media ALL THE TIME about how terrible Property Managers and tenants are, but this doesn't have to be the case. Teneal and my family and I had such an excellent relationship. She made renting our townhouse a pleasant experience - nothing was too much trouble for her. Every request was answered promptly. She routinely carried out her inspections, and on time. Always has a smile on her face, loved seeing my young daughter during her inspections and always patting my dog! We will miss dealing with Teneal, but we are happy to say we ended buying our townhouse! If we ever purchase an investment property in the future, we will absolutely go with Teneal at Urban Land Housing - we wouldn't consider any other Property Manager. Thank you Teneal for all the years you've been our Property Manager! :)

Just catching up on my reviews. Early last year we decided to sell our townhouse in Blacktown and upsize in the Riverstone, Schofields, Marsden Park area. We were shown a number of houses by different agents, including Theesan from Urban Land Housing. We finally settled on a house in Marsden Park and made an offer to Stocklands just prior to the end of the financial year. Although there was what I would call a hiccup, Theesan made sure that the deal went through. It's only thanks to Theesan that we managed to secure our new home.

Be careful when you deal with Urban. They don't check the house they are selling. You may end up having a faulty oven, or stove, or aircon, etc. Do not inspect if the house has no power. Urban do this. I have 2 houses inspected initially with them, and both have no power. They expect the buyer to check if everything is working in the house at the end. They don't accept any responsibility. If you are not careful, you'll be victimised by this tactic and end up paying more for repairs for the house you are buying. All I am saying is, please be careful when you deal with Urban. It was a lesson learnt from me and I don't want any of you especially my friends to experience this with Urban. If you can, stay away from them. I am sure there are other better real-estate agencies out there.

Thanks for Nathan and Dori for helping us with buying and renting property in Colebee!Nathan is very helpful with all process of purchasing property and help us a lot communicating with vendor. Dori is in charge of renting and he's patient and explain everything clearly. Also he helped us rent our property out in less than 1 week!

Very unprofessional, unethical and I would say NO MORAl. I was dealing with Ajay Cruz for a property in riverstone on 21st Jan. We put in an offer on Saturday, calls me at 10.55 pm to discuss and as a courtesy I chat to him and we agree on a price. He comes back Sunday and say done deal and pay. 25 as we can reserve it for you so no more offers will be on the table. I did that and my solicitor started working to get all things in order. However the vendors had no proper documentation which could suffice and satisfy me as a result there was a delay. Eventually Wednesday we were able to get the documents and stated that please form the contract and email us. Out of nowhere Ajay calls me at 4.40 pm and tells me 0.25 percent is not binding as you haven't signed the contract and we shall revert those funds it to you unless you want to put an higher offer. I mean our offer was accepted and later this drama.I felt like I was their scape goat.Very much sad to see what this agents have become.Also, things weren't in order. Owen was broken, cook top wasn't functional to full capacity.I am glad I was saved by mother nature.Just one request, please have some moral grounds when you deal with customers and don't treat them as guinea pigs.Whoever is buying property from them, please do your due diligence and make sure you have all the paperwork to cover yourself because from what I see they don't care about you
