Pathetic service. You walk in off the street and the staff complain that you haven't booked. Then next time I booked on line a week in advance and I recieve a call near the end of the day of the required booking. Therefore missing out. Staff are rude and as with the general health system there are real service issues and mixed messages.

The girls who dealt with me were so kind, nothing was too much trouble to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible and warm. The doctor was very good too on the occasions he had to do procedures. Receptions staff were also friendly and efficient

Staff were really great. They talked me through my procedure. I didn't have long waiting periods. I was surprised how quick and efficient my service was.

The treatment from the staff was really good but l had to wait for over 1 and half hours which I thought was not good for a town the size of Mackay .
