Beth at Petbarn Grooming in Neutral Bay is the best!My golden Retriever (Hachi) never looked better - she did such a great job!I will certainly be going back

Staff at front desk are super nice and friendly and always willing to help! But the grooming on the other hand.......We took our puppy for her first groom for a 'hygiene clip' just to introduce her to grooming. But when we came to pick her up they had shaved her face! Why would you ever shave a dogs face you should be using scissors. I'm now scared that my puppy had a bad experience and will now hate grooming! Also very disappointed that she didn't communicate with us that were going to shave her face as I would've said no.

Only decent sized pet store in the area and had a good range of products and services, including a groomer and dog wash station. It's a little pricier due to the convenience. Click and collect is very quick, within 30min. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Would give this place a 0/5 if I could. Unfriendly customer service - from my most recent visit, the guy at the counter responded with a deep sigh and condescending attitude when I asked if the price of an item could be re-checked (as it was different to that advertised online), despite asking very politely. Would avoid.

We came in on Saturday to adopt a new kitten, the staff were attentive and friendly. A big thank you to Jesse who made it an easy and seamless experience. Jonesy (Ash) has settled into his new home very nicely.

Petbarn's my no.1 go to, with their incredible range of stock and excellent service. But above all else the enormous amount of charity/rescue/animal welfare work they do is incredible and why I will always support them.

I would not recommend neutral bay pet barn for delivery at all! The first time my delivery arrived it was missing 1 of the 2 items; after I contacted customer service to resolve this, they sent the missing item but when it arrived the 2nd time it was the wrong item! Then I had to contact customer service again to organise the 3rd delivery which was finally correct. I was very surprised that the only thing customer service offered for the inconvenience was that I didn’t have to personally return the wrong item that was delivered and instead they would pick this up - I would absolutely expect this and would not have accepted personal responsibility for returning the item you incorrectly delivered after failing to include the correct item in my initial delivery.

Had a lot of help and advice from the staff at Petbarn, Neutral Bay. Found out more information about my rag-doll cat than had been provided elsewhere. Staff there go out of their way to help.

Friendly staff. I would like to write a commendation for Jesse. I cannot thank this lovely young gentleman enough for his hel, as I believe that he went above and beyond with his genuine help and kindness. Thank you very much!

Staff desperately need someone from management to tell them to get their act together.Great store in a tremendous location. We are new customers and they would be able to tell from our membership yet every time we’ve come in the past two weeks the staff are unhelpfully sitting behind the counter talking amongst themselves (about non work related matters) with backs turned to the store.When you approach the counter they look at each other like “who’s going to deal with this inconvenience?”.Further, boxes in the store, trolleys blocking aisles. Not sure why three staff are sitting with back turned behind the counter when there’s unpacking half done. Management desperately need to send in a mystery shopper or do some training.
