Susie is the best funeral director anyone could hope for. When my dad died a couple of months ago, and we were in search of a funeral home, we accidentally came across Remembrance Funerals. It was the weekend, and Susie replied to our contact request immediately. Her warmth and attentiveness were reassuring and comforting for Mum and for me at such a difficult time.When we met with her in my home, we felt as if she was an old friend. She took note of everything we asked for and made it happen.On the week the funeral was scheduled to go ahead, I contracted Covid, and we had to reschedule. I am sure that this would have caused a lot of disruption for Susie and her team, but she was so gracious and accommodating of our needs. The service was tastefully directed from start to finish by Susie, her team and their lovely celebrant, Jacqueline Daniels, who is well spoken, dignified and the epitome of a professional celebrant. The cost was so competitively priced, and the fully inclusive funeral package represented incredible value for money. It was budget friendly but was all class. There was not a hint of upselling, in the way I’ve heard, through friends, that some of the larger businesses do.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Susie and her entire team at Remembrance Funerals. I wouldn’t even bother looking anywhere else.Thank you so much, Susie, Deb, John, Julian, Jacqui and Erika for making a sad day such a warm celebration of my dad’s life. He would have given his send off the biggest tick of approval. xx

We recently lost my dearly beloved Mum at the end of April.I initially chose Remembrance Funerals because they were a small local independent family concern, had positive reviews . . and also their mortuary was in our part of Perth and I didn’t want Mum transported way across freeways and highways.Everything about Remembrance and in particular the wonderful Susie was of such support and genuinely personal. In fact Susie is still helping me with a couple of flow-on matters some several weeks after the funeral. Susie’s approach is efficient and responsive whilst still sensitive, warm and helpful -even this far down the track!I am very happy we chose Remembrance and very pleased to recommend Susie and her team.

Susie was extremely supportive for our family when we lost someone close to us suddenly. She carefully explained what we needed to do and arranged all of the paperwork for us. I can't recommend Suzie and her team at Remembrance Funerals highly enough. From the very first contact until the very last, Suzie was always caring and compassionate. She and Jacqui gave us the perfect farewell to Mum. The respect they showed to her was wonderful and helped make a very difficult occasion into something beautiful. Several people after the service also commented on how respectfully they treated the family too. We were all immensely appreciative of the thoughtful care shown to us.
