We used to provide our cleaning service to this firm a few years ago when they were located in Quantum Corporate Park, Auburn. At the beginning the payments had been made sporadically and soon I found myself calling them to chase up for the arrears. They, however, gave me all sorts of excuses to avoid payment even though there was anything wrong with our service. A lady at the account department was very condescending to make the matter even worse. To cut the story short, I was so busy at the time that I couldn't afford to pursue the matter further as we have to fulfil our duty to our other clients. I found this company to be very unprofessional as well as dishonest!
