Very happy with the service i received. I have used DSA twice now for urgent breakdowns. Tech came out that day both times. First one needed a few parts and recommended a few that were on their way out. So got it all done and the machine runs great. 2nd and most recent visit was even better, when the tech came out he had the part that broke with him so it was done and running within an hour. I run a business and photocopying and printing is a stress that i dont need, very happy to use DSA again. They got me out of hot water and I'm sure they will again

The hardest people to get hold of I have ever experienced. Your call goes to an answering service who promise Document services will ring back. But they don't. Made us pay for a repair in advance and have never completed the repairs.Update March 18:The repairs have now been completed. Technician was very polite and helpful.All my original complaint could have been avoided if there was communication. Even emails were ignored.
