Well, our build is done and we can't thank Rossdale enough. For many years I have haunted display homes waiting for the right opportunity to rebuild - and no, I wasn't daunted by our first build 38 years ago. Rossdale had the home that we both wanted to build - our forever home. They worked with us offering the right advice where needed and incorporated the changes we wanted to make to their Springfield plan. The outcome was certainly worth waiting for. No build is without its hiccups, we had some but they were dealt with professionally and promptly with no stress. We highly recommend building with Rossdale and yes, we would do it all again with Rossdale! Our thanks especially to Sagar, Helen, Nikki, Paul and all the tradies - great work guys!

If you're thinking of building with Rossdale be prepared for frustration and stress. And please read this whole review. We initiated the build process with Rossdale in Jan 2020 and finally got handover late May 2023. The process of building with Rossdale was long and disappointing. Their communication processes were woeful, including staff being unresponsive and taking ages to reply to emails or phonecalls. Some work was not up to standard, including faults and poor workmanship. The most serious problem was the safety hazard that we couldn't exit via our front door because Rossdale installed the front door lock incorrectly. This fault was identified at handover but took almost 2 weeks to fix. Finally we are able to exit our house via the front door if there's an emergency. Rossdale said the lock was faulty, which was wrong. The technician who fixed it confirmed it was clearly Rossdale's installation that was faulty. There's plenty more negative things about dealing with Rossdale as builders but it's not worth the time to tell them all. I'd simply say, consider alternative builders, but if you choose Rossdale you'll need lots of energy and perseverance to initiate the communication and make sure you get the standard of house you deserve. We're still being blocked in our requests to get a face-to-face meeting to discuss and resolve our final concerns.

After 2.5 years of neglectful, aggressive, and exceptionally deceitful behaviour myself and others still do not have their homes finished.It has been a fight every step of the way just to get the bare minimum of what I have paid for. I have spent considerable time, money and energy getting their work inspected and having to constantly fight with a site supervisor who simply does not care. That's when you catch them on site as they WILL IGNORE all emails and phone calls you send them to have simple conversations to prevent issues from occurring.From bowed brick walls, to a wall in the wrong place, poor quality finishes, and every excuse under the sun, the only part of their slogan you can trust, is that you will be in for the fight of your life.It says something about a builder when they lock you out of your home so you can't view their work. Also check your contracts on defects, it is at Rossdale's discretion whether they will fix issues you raise within a reasonable period"."

Recommended Rossdale Homes to my clients as they want to sub-divide. They were very prompt & easy to deal with. Tried to get plans & quote from other builders but didn't replied back. Client is Happy & referred my services to others too.

We signed our fixed price quote Sept 2020. Rossdale started the build in Jan (2021) slab was poured in March. The house was completed October 2021. The process was pretty straightforward. We built a 5 BR 2bathroom house in Clarence Park. Most of the tradies did a great job and we were blown away by the tiler’s attention to detail (we have herringbone splashback and large tiled flooring in living areas). Overall a great experience with Rossdale. The reason I haven’t put 5 stars for the review is because the painting wasn’t brilliant. The walls have droplets visible and I needed to activate Karen mode to get them to paint the front door as described in the building schedule. Aside from that, we had excellent support from Julie (sales) throughout the experience and from our site supervisor. Thanks Rossdale!

The whole building process with Rossdale Homes was seamless, starting with Tiff our Building Consultant. She was a pleasure to deal with, always happy to help and customised our plans to suit our needs. During the build Michael our Site Manager provided regular updates, consulted with us on various aspects and oversaw the high standard of workmanship. 3 years on from completion of our build, we continue to love every element of the layout, features, finishes and living in our home. Highly recommended.

We built with Rossdale after checking out many other builders. We found the fixed price option along with their commitment of the first meeting that they would be the best option. Tiffany kept us well updated throughout the whole process and went above and beyond along the journey.
