My housemate enlisted their help to dry clean our couch and our beds, guest beds and car. We needed help as we have gotten a cat with us for the past year, and its sometimes hard to clean up conventionally. AustraGala were the perfect people to tend to our needs!They were very punctual, quick to inspect the area and even walked us through the process of what they would be doing for each furniture that we needed help cleaning. We really appreciated their communication and it made us feel very comfortable.In addition, they were very thorough and also cleaned up after their work very well. They worked very efficiently and were done with all of the furniture in a very short time, which was impressive! The couch looks absolutely brand new, and the beds were thoroughly cleaned and deodorized, not to mention the car looks absolute amazing!We thoroughly appreciate their hard work and diligence, and would highly recommend them for any and all cleaning services!

AustraGala provided excellent cleaning services for our home. Maria and Santiago were very professional, willing to help and very accommodating with our requests. The quality was excellent and affordable. Steam cleaning removed darker marks from a sisal rug, which was difficult to do using regular methods. The smell was very pleasant, and not overbearing. The appearance of carpets, upholstery and mattresses was much brighter and fresher. While being thorough, cleaning work was also done efficiently and drying did not take very long. I would recommend AustraGala and use their services again.

I was looking for someone to clean our lounge suite as our lovely kitten had decided to relieve itself on them. I'm grateful I came across AustraGala. They responded promptly and got me in the next day, which was amazing!. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions promptly. They did a fantastic job removing the odour, and now we have a lounge suite that looks as good as new. Truly grateful for that. Excellent service and lovely people. Did a wonderful job of cleaning my new rental which is 90% carpet. The whole house instantly smelt so much fresher. The process was much quicker than I expected also. Amazing communication, and they were happy to reschedule when my power wasn’t turned on in time for our initial booking. Fantastic service on time, professional but the best thing they bought my carpets back to life. I have my carpets cleaned once a year and I have never seen them look so good. Maria was so easy to deal with. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I was updated throughout the upholstery clean to ensure I was happy with the clean and eventually the finish. Maria also without charge, cleaned my large rug and kids toy box’s. Everything was finished to such a high standard. The price was very reasonable and I was was sent a text with ETA, so I was not hanging around wondering should of they been late (which they weren’t). I couldn’t of asked for a better service.
