My Vet Zetland

I am quite disappointed with vet that took a look at my dogs eye last week. I have been attending the clinic since I have had my dog as a puppy and have been highly satisfied with the clinic, the staff and the vet his has been going to, however last week, when I needed to see a vet on a emergency basis for my dogs eye they recommend this( lady vet) as his usual vet was not able to see that day .Anyways I paid $120 for all my question's to be firstly researched in front of me on google and answered by google. Furthermore, the lady vet told me she could not give me any information as she does not know what It could and told me if I THINK it serious and it concerns me that i can always go and see a dog eye specialist . (obviously it is concerning to me that i had to book to see her and could not wait to see my dogs usual vet when she was available) . The vet also gave me the eye animal hospital details.The vet was very pleasant , professional but i did feel she may have been inexperienced as I did not see the point of going there because none of my concerns were addressed and as a matter of fact I got nothing from that consultation but more stress. I have made the appointment with the eye hospital but its very uneasy not knowing what It could be.Overall, I am usually happy with this clinic I must say the staff and treatment normally is a 5/5 but this review is purely based on my recent experience and the fact that it has made me feel dissatisfied with their knowledge of expertise

The new My Vet location is great. The vets and vet nurses there are knowledgeable, caring and professional. I trust that they will always take care of my dogs, Peggy and Romy like they are their own. It is hard to find a good vet that you can trust your best friends who are also your family with, and I feel lucky we came across My Vet, and will continue to bring them there without hesitation.

The team at My Vet Zetland is exceptional - knowledgeable, trustworthy and very friendly. The nurses are super helpful and shower my three dogs with love every time we visit; the vets are thorough and reliable. I’ve been a loyal client for over 10 years since My Vet Waterloo was established!

Super friendly staff and very professional. What they care is all about furbaby's health and their happiness. They help Little Otis overcome his anxiety for strange place and go to scary vet visit. Now Otis loves My vet and his walking routine will include say Hi to the doctor and staff at my Vet.

As always, Cherlene and the team are amazing. We live in singleton and went down to zetland specifically because they have taken great care of all my dogs and because we wanted to have a specialist look at our dog dexter and so glad we did. We were given accurate and considerate info, a clear plan of action and it saved us putting our bulldog through an unnecessary procedure that probably wasn’t the main issue to begin with. I trust Cherlene and the team with any of my family because they treat them like they do their own! Wouldn’t use anyone else in Sydney!

My Vet Zetland has provided me with expert advise for my 2 Frenchies and Cat. I am a helicopter paw parent and I am usually quite demanding for help and support to my fur babies needs. The team have always been fast at scheduling, consulting with years of experience with the latest technologies and procedures learnt from around the world and also the attention and care that my babies need.Thank you My Vet Zealand's for being a cut above the rest!

Have been using this vet for many years. Sincere staff who truly love animals. During the time I have been using their services for my dogs, I have found that they are also connected with Sydney's best animal surgeons. The vet doctors and nurses will take the time to explain things to you, they also pride themselves in best practice health care.The biggest compliment I can give another human being is to entrust you with my dogs welfare... 100% recommend this clinic!

We had such a great experience here at the clinic. First of all the place doesn’t look like a vet clinic at all! It so beautiful and welcoming! The staff here really cared about my dog and Dr Cherlene took the time to answer all my questions. I love how I can book my appointment via an app which made my life easier. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you all for such a personal and professional experience my baby and I had!

Dr Cherlene is Ziggys favourite Vet in the whole world! This new convenient location saves me going deep into Waterloo when bringing ziggy up from the sutherland shire ( Yes it's worth it! ) Such convenient location! MyVet is the best in Sydney.
