We had a really fun few hours learning about different makeups that suit our complexion. Im still loving my foundation, lippies & brushes

I took the Introduction to Makeup Mastery class yesterday using a Groupon voucher. I don't know what the full price of the class is normally, but for the Groupon price this class was extraordinary. The academy is housed in an older facility but don't let that stop you. The class was a full 3 hours, taught all the basics (foundation, eyes, lips, blush, etc), and made for a fun afternoon. Our instructor (Miriam) is a professional make up artist. She was incredibly patient and a fantastic teacher. I left with a full face of makeup, done myself, and couldn't have been happier with my look. Everyone in the class truly looked great. Now to try it at home!

I can say that their class and their products worth your money.Intro to Personal Makeup class - have attended it twice - 2018 and 2020 and I always learn something new - new techniques, new color to transform myself. I also learn how to check if a foundation color suits my skintone (what a gem to know!)Products - are awesome. From the quality of hairbrushes, to the pigmentation of the makeup. And I believe even the ingredients in makeup are of good quality, as I easily have breakout from makeup, but to these products, I dont.

One lesson covers all the basic knowledge of a full-face makeup; very useful and efficient

Nobody is picking the phone up, i have tried 100 times, no response to email as well.

Look Academys Introduction to Makeup course is amazing.The classes aren't too big so you are able to get personal advice and you aren't just taught and left to do it by yourself, the studio is cute and cosy, and they make learning makeup easy and not intimidating at all.They teach up-to-date techniques and cater for whether you are going out or just a casual day but still want to use some makeup just to bring out the better, natural you.Nicole, my instructor, was also very nice and easy going which made the class that much better - more like a fun day and less like a jam-packed course.I highly recommend Look Academy and would definitely go back again.

Do not buy GROUPON vouchers for their 3 hours makeup class. Today I was supposed to have a 3 hour make up class starting at 18:30pm. I arrived 18:20. I waited until 19:00pm for the teacher who never arrived. I called the place 3 times and sent them an email. NO ANSWER. There were other girls with me waiting and waiting.... The teacher never arrived... I travelled 40 mins to get there, waited 40 mins in the building plus 40 mins to get back home...2 hours of my day wasted... I find this business very disrespectful and unprofessional. Please be aware!
