I bought the auto PCAP Dream Station and am using dreammapper app to monitor my sleep status. However, I am now working in Hong Kong and find the dreammapper app cannot able to display all data information for my own need. So, what can I do ? Air Liquide Hornsby were quick to arrange my sleep study but since receiving my results and trying to arrange follow up, they’ve been ‘hopeless’. Despite a diagnosis of ‘severe’ sleep apnoea and regular calls to AL from me, I’ve been waiting 10 days so far for someone to contact me re a consultation for a machine. Meanwhile my ‘severe’ condition continues to be ignored and untreated.Not happy, Air Liquide Hornsby!
