Tow Rite Towing & Recovery
Truck driver verbally abusive towards my dad who was doing nothing wrong. We were simply lining up to pass a recent car crash site when he attempted to cut us off in an attempt to pass the crash site faster. When he saw that my dad didn’t let him pass he started swearing violently and making threats at my dad. My 11 year old sister and my mum were also in the car and were scared and offended.I have the truck drivers license plate.

Chris from Tow Rite arrived at my car accident and he was amazing! He helped with getting the details of the person that crashed into me, called an ambulance and took photos, he also stood next to me the entire time keeping me calm and spoke to my partner to tell him I was involved in an accident. I was super scared and worried about the safety of my unborn baby and he stayed and reassured me the entire time everything would be okay. I cannot fault the services provided they were impeccable. Would highly recommend. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart totally a lifesaver in a really stressful time.

Tow Rite Towing & Recovery
Called roadside assist. Car was towed back to Tow Rites yard at the request of roadside assist company (RAC). The car has been stored at the yard for two nights while we have waited for roadside assist to release the car. The tow truck driver lied when queried about storage cost at the time of the incident and now want $1000 plus a towing fee to return the car to us.

I'd give them more stars if I could. At a time when I was stressed about my car breaking down, they were quick, professional and respectful of my car. The price was more than fair. Highly recommend!

Relatively profesional service provided, but I cannot recomend Tow Rite based solely on pricing, wasnt given a quote before hand, car was towed 300m to the closest mechanic and used maybe 10 minutes total of drivers time and was charged $150 for that.Dont recomend unless your extreamly desperate.

If I could give a negative score I would. Terrible service, car towed and insurance company not notified so car location unknown for 5+ days. Company ok with having drunk people sign paperwork and don’t care! Very unethicalCompany laughs at you about the cost of storage fees. Avoid at all costs.

Got charged an extra $50 for 5 minutes the guy had to wait while I removed stuff from the back of my Ute. But I had to wait 10 minutes for old mate to come back from hungry jacks. Wasn’t impressed

Saw their truck sail through a red light, then 100kph in a 60kph zone. Cause a traffic accident, then rescue. Won’t recommend.
