The manager on Saturday had no idea what she did, she had my girlfriend in tears, the good type of tears, after she lost her mother November last year, and lost her grandmother October this year, what you did at the register was amazing she will never forget it, thank you from myself and her and family, your have brought the spark of Christmas back to us,

The staff are fantastic and always help me as I,m disabled so unable to reach some products and always my trolley is taken to the car for me. They are worth more money

Normal shopping hours, 2 checkouts open. 3 full trolleys lined up at each. Unacceptable. Funny they can find sufficient staff to fill online orders.

Really bad online shop and pick up experience. Ordered online some grocerys one day before I needed to pick them up for my BBQ event. 2 hours before they sent me message that they didn't have all the.stuff at shop and refunded my some money. I confirmed by text message that I come to pick stuff up from information boot. If I got there then they told me to go all the way around and go pick up my stuff there because they don't get stuff to service desk. I had to be in bad traffic and go all the way around to get there. When I got there I saw that pick up point was closed and some people were waiting there. I waited 25 minutes before they opened the pick up point. Really disappointed

Not impressed with today's visit. Drive 40 klms to purchase $1 schnitzels, which were still being advertised when I got home, to be told they didn't have any and not any ham either. But apart from this Woolworth Market Place is great.
